During the past year this place has nose dived. 1 employee was handling the drive thru taking orders, inside orders and cooking. He left and some nice but I'll equipped guy worked the grill while an assortment of temps took inside and take out orders. Take out orders started began being shoved out the window missing packets of condiments. Food was unseasoned or salted. No napkins would be included in take out and eventually the length of time to get orders began to get longer. This July, I noticed the place is closed and a sign says to head to Gene's Tasty Burgers where they will proudly serve you. SERIOUSLY! if they can't manage a landmark kitchen like the Glass Kitchen what gives me confidence they can manage another landmark like Genes! Both are destined to the dust heap if owned or managed by the same penny pincher.

3.5 ~ Came here with my kid to show him a local shop in WF's. My burger was a nice size, drippy, but over $7 just for the burger. The kids meal comes with a drink and fries. It was made fresh to order. We didn't come inside the building. The food was good and worth the try. I marked it down because it cost almost $20 for a burger and a kids meal, I taught it was 2 combo's but, it is À la cart.

Haven't been here in a while because i heard that ownership had changed but decided to try it again. The food itself was okay. They burnt the meat a bit. I feel like burgers were better years back but maybe that's just nostalgia playing a part. The one thing i do see a large change is the prices. $15 for a simple double cheeseburger meal kinda on the expensive side. If the food was amazing I'd have no problem paying for that much but for glass kitchen definitely not worth

Ask for a side of jalapenos and watch him reach inside the jar without wearing gloves. I also got the wrong order.
Pretty bad.. french fries were under cooked, old and grease soaked. burger tasted of old grease.. patty very small huge bun.. lettuce brown. 29.00 won't go again..

Best burger in Wichita Falls. Period. Try the cobbler too. Yeah it's small and unassuming. But it is a true gem
