This is the second time I’ve ordered from this location (3900 Old Jacksboro Hwy, Wichita Falls, TX 76302), and once again, it was a complete disappointment. I ordered a 2-breast meal with an additional piece through Uber Eats. What I received instead was a 3-thigh meal, the rolls were undercooked and doughy, the food was cold, and I didn’t even get my drink.
I called the store to explain the issue and was told to come in for a replacement. When I arrived, the manager was rude and unprofessional, making an already frustrating experience worse. It's definitely the worst customer service I’ve experienced, and I won’t be ordering from this location again.

I just wanted to rave about you guys a little bit because the food was good, your service was good and professional as well as the staff, and they were very nice. I came and ordered chicken for a family friend whose mom had passed away and you guys took really good care of me for them, and I just wanted to say thank you for that, for going above and beyond for your community, especially when they are in a time of need.

I bought a catfish dinner, the four-piece one, and the fillets work sadly small for what I paid. The quality of the food was good, but I wanted the quantity was less than acceptable. In the past, the fillets have been twice the size that we received tonight.
