Passing through on way to Amarillo from Dallas ... I LOVE HOOTERS so we brought the kiddos! Rylee was amazing but the food was not our server made sure to make things right but we felt bad that appetizers had been cooked improperly so we didn't say anything about our meals. Wait was pretty long for the inside to be as bare as it was. Each item had a taste of "heat lamp" you know, dry, lackluster, un-enjoyable ... we will always try new Hooters locations but I wonder how many of them will earn a less than flattering review

Simple order took over 30 minutes to receive, food was cold and then got charged for someone else's food that was double my original receipt. Waitress was no help and the manager on shift was clueless about correcting the issue.

I dont know if it was just a bad night. But everything was terrible. I usally love Hooters. The place wasn't even busy. Service horrible. Food horrible. We canceled some of the order because it wasn't ready all together. Waited 15 min for a beer.... First time, Last time Wichita Falls

I visited this location Thursday of 02/08/24 between 6 and 7pm. I sat at the bar. While the bartender was nice she lacked in other areas. Multitasking seems to be the biggest issue. That, and the fact that she favored a certain corner of the bar which made it hard on everybody else with getting refills or even recognized at all. The night was rather slow. Even with her being a little new at bar tasks there was much room for improvement. Hopefully management can use this time as a coaching opportunity.
The food is horrible, and the servers even seem like they hate their jobs.

My food was fresh and hot! They made a mistake by giving me 1 drummie and shorting me a wing, and made it up by bringing me 3 fresh ones out! Our server had a phat ole butt and a sweet smile!She was on it!❤️I appreciate and will make the drive again to enjoy the view and eats!

Thought I would give it another chance as last time it was bad, well bad decision, it was awful.Bartender had an attitude and the bill was incorrect , she refused to correct it so had to actually argue it with the so called clueless manager.Always wonder why they keep this location open, parking lot is usually pretty lean. Busy last night because everybody else was closed.

Got seated in 15 mins which was cool but once seated didn’t get attended to at all not a hi, hello or even a drink order. Sat there for 15-20 and no one even came by. Lost 3 customers because of this and walked out. Called told the manger on duty all he said was I’m sorry about that didn’t offer to make anything right with a discount on next visit or anything. So lost my business for good don’t go here terrible service
