Food was Luke warm, I almost sent it back. I just ate pancakes. Usually there is a choice of syrups, only kind on all the tables. My scrambled eggs were cold! Bacon and very oily., sausage links were warm, ham cold. My dog enjoyed.
Was seated quick but after 10 minutes nobody came to my table. Went up front and the 2 waitresses were on their phones so I left. They have denied service to the combat veterans motorcycle association before so not sure if it was what I was wearing.
Follow up visit
Went back again tonight and had a completely different experience. I was seated quickly and immediately my drink order was taken. Everything went as expected this time. The manager apologized for last time and thanked me for coming in when he recognized me. Recognizing me from a few weeks ago and doing that just shows he cares about what he does.

We alway stop at an IHOP on our travels, even though I want to go to Waffle House. Everything is as you'd expect, great pancakes and coffee, friendly service. I don't know what I would do without them.

Came into ihop during a busy night of the fair everyone was very friendly my food was prompt and hot. My server Roberta seemed to have quite a few tables but handled it very well made sure I was still take care of and the manager this evening MIKE was great very professional very friendly.
Went in for a late breakfast today with a family member. We have the pancakes eggs and bacon. After two bites of my pancakes I realize I had a long golden blonde hair as long as my plate across my food. We immediately stop the next person we saw with a uniform on. As I was trying to take the picture and explain the young man grab the plate for my hand and rush to the back. He quickly came back with another plate. As I started to eat it I quickly realized the pancakes were raw. Aggravated and discussed it from what I just experienced. I asked to speak to a manager. To my surprise it was the young man that took the hair away in the first place. As he stood there with a receipt in his hand. He rudely asked me what it was I would like to do about it. I reminded him that he saw the long hair in my plate and that was a Health hazard and disgusting and no one should be cooking in the back without hair net. We went back and forth as he said he doesn't remember how much of it we ate as if that matter. He said to me he can ball up the receipt and we can forget about it. So I said to him we will not forget about it you would give me my pancakes to go and we will not be paying for hair. Caution IHOP on 10th Street and broad. As we were waiting for the second plate we saw the cook walk out with curly long hair shabby was just a cap on. This was disgusting we left hungry with stomach aches. IHOP bad business.

Extremely expensive senior and child meal. 40.00 is ridiculous. Had to get up and get some syrup for the pancakes. Did not get refills on beverages. Very disappointing

Since the remodel it's clean updated and friendly. Still miss the multiple flavored syrups
