Ordered a to go order here. Literally specifically asked for extra hollandaise and I beleive I got less than I usually do. Then I asked for my hashbrowns to not be burnt and guess what? Burnt. I don't know if yall hate to go orders, but you'll never get my business again, thank you for reading my instructions, not that hard to cook food. I'm also not going to follow the link to leave a review. Everyone else watch, they'll give the same response they do to everyone who leaves a complaint. The owner of this Ihop doesn't give a shit, instead pastes generic responses.

This location is awful. My wife & I visited for breakfast New years day & were seated in a far back room where the waitress lacked attentiveness. I ordered a large milk, only to find out that when I requested my 3rd, that there aren't free refills. Funny how I never have had that issue before and then the lady suggests I have a water instead. We watched another table be taken care of promptly who had arrived after us and it seemed like a chore just to get our waitress to refill our beverages or show us any customer service. Food wasn't very hot & seemed to be lacking flavor. An eggs benedict (the bacon avacado one) should not be lukewarm. Luckily, we live 4 hours away & will never return to this location again. Very outdated inside compared to other locations as well.

Still good even during the beer virus.
Edit: since there had been a remodel i thought maybe the management would change but nope. Had to drop my 5 star rating only and solely due to the "manager" how does a manager not know how to run a card (maybe a new system) but my biggest complaints are how she acted non shalantly towards my order AND how she corrected an employee in front of me (very unproffesional) food is great though the manager made it a sour moment for me personally( I ordered to go btw)

Ordered online and it was ready when I drove the 2 1/2 miles to walk in and take it back home.
Glad the IHOP is back open on Broad Street after the celling fell down from too much rain about 6 months ago.

The staff was so nice and friendly. I went with a large group, and they sat us down quickly. I got the avocado toast, and it was cooked to perfection.

Amazing food, great service, i have had other people who were dining there talk to me fromAnother table and be rude to me though. I guess there are strange people out there but that was only one time. All the other times were normal.
