This is one of the best IHOPs we have been to! The food is always amazing and cooked perfectly. Our waitress today was absolutely perfect, she was kind and attentive but wasn't hovering either, the perfect balance! Coffee was spot on as well!!

Waited for 20 min while the two hostesses played on their phone and talked with other employees had to ask ask another employee and eventually got sat. Huge need for real supervision

Food was good Service was great.. I hit this IHOP up whenever im in town.
We waited 20 minutes to be told it would be 10 more minutes before ether could clean the table due to not having a busser. The host was helping the waitresses, and nobody greeted us when we came in. I had to waive for the hostess attention. The night staff needs to be restrained. The manager should be picking up the slack where it is needed.
