Ordered a 16 piece with 2 different sauces. Wings were not very sauced up. They threw all the wings into one container despite them being split into 2 sauces. They put the dipping sauce inside the container with the wings so the dipping sauce container had grease and wing sauce all over it. The fries were not bad.

I had placed an order at 9:22 and picked up my order at around 9:35 and I know that they closed at 10 but still it doesn't mean you can give me rock hard boneless wings. This is just appalling, I do not recommend getting wings at itsjustwings.

I placed a order tonight for 2 orders of 11 piece bone out wings and a order of 4 chicken strips for myself my uncle and my nephew ..I ordered it via grub hub and the order was delivered extremely quick and the food was hot ...having never eaten here before we was excited to try it out and wow what a let down ...every single piece of chicken be it strip or boneless wing was overcooked to the point you could not even eat it ..when the chicken wings has a black hash like material under the breading that should have NEVER been sent out of that kitchen ..I know its chilis this reflects bad not only on just wings but also chilis ...this was so bad I will never order from just wings again ...this food was burn so bad not even my dogs would touch the chicken ...come on.. when you put out food like that it is obvious yall do not care at all because I am not there in person to say something so yall just push out the food with no care at all ...owner I seen your replies to other comments above ..please do something your kitchen staff have to have some pride with the food they serve. I understand this is not a 5 star experience but people should in general say "hey yea that place makes good wings" since ya know that's all just wings does ...also after getting this order I did attempt to call and a employee picked up and I asked to speak to a manager and after about 10min of waiting I just hung up ...and that was chilis not just wings that did that so I will never go there either ...come on man wth bad food and then cant even speak to a manager ....(and the pic showing not even the dogs would touch the wings)

Ordered tenders with garlic parmesan dipping sauce. After dipping the tender, it was super salty. I thought it might have been the sauce. Tasted the sauce by itself, it wasn't the best tasting but not salty. Tried the tender with ranch...still super salty. Decided to try the tender by itself and realized that that is where all the salt is coming from. The tenders are SUPER SALTY! Don't know what seasonings are used but they need to do something different!

I was on vacation in Missouri a few weeks ago and had It's Just Wings. It was delicious The food was delivered hot and fresh.We were surprised and excited to learn that there was an It's Just Wings in Wichita Falls. We ordered tonight and got our food quick enough. Our delivered order was cold and dry like the wings had been sitting for a long period of time. The flavors are good. The french fries were barely warm and soggy. We were not that impressed. Not sure if we will give this place another shot.

I would give a zero but can't. Ordered at 6:29..door dasher picked up at 6:49...delivered at 7:00. Food was cold. It's Just Wings (aka Chili's) says it is not their responsibility. It is door dashes responsibilty. Door dash says it is Its Just Wings (aka Chili's) responsibilty. Really? If your wings and fries were hot and fresh when the door dasher picked it up then I believe it would of been hot and fresh when it got delivered.

Manager(Lisa, I believe was her name) had nothing but excuses when I attempted to tell her the problems with her restaurant. The bathrooms are filthy. There are walls that are patched, but need to be painted. Trash all over the floor. Truck stops look better! The host seated patrons all closely together in the same row. I realize there is plexiglass between us, as the manager pointed out, but there is no reason for us to be all crammed in like sardines when there are many tables open all over the restaurant. when the person behind you moves, the entire bench seat moves. Very uncomfortable dining experience. The seats are in desperate need of repair. There are many seats all torn up. When I asked about that, she did say that they were going to fix them. Why not put your patrons in seats that are not torn up? No one was sitting in those. The excuse that they they are shorthanded, is not sufficient. The manager definitely needs customer service training. The look on her face was not one of helpfulness, as she made excuse after excuse. Additionally, she had a poor attitude. That does not bode well with us.

Got these delivered with doordash. The variety of flavors and the taste of said flavors is above average. Highly recommend trying these guys out.

Was promptly seated with dirty dishes on surrounding tables. Should have been our exit clue! Server handled dirty dishes, then picked up our wrapped silverware for us. Noticed the greeter person "cleaning" when patrons left. The seats were the only part of chair WIPED. The backs, front side and back side that are constantly handled were never cleaned or wiped. Food ok. Cleaning (or lack of) was very unappetizing! Have been here in the past but will be a while before going back for sure!. Need CDC required training for ALL EMPLOYEES IMMEDIATELY!

Went here for a family meal with my daughter, son in law, granddaughter (age 3) and my son (19) this is a very family friendly restaurant ,there is a good children’s menu with plenty of choice. The main menu is also very good I can recommend everything we ate! From burgers to ribs and steaks and the corn on the cob was the best I’ve ever tasted. The service was very efficient and friendly. The toilets are clean and well stocked Can’t wait for my next visit!
