I came in trying to have Jack in the Box for the first time. Experience left a sour taste in my mouth. Not only did the staff not attend the counter well, but the tables and floor were dirty as can be and apparently their fryer was not working. How can your fryer not be working when over half of your menu has fryer related items. I would not recommend this place to anyone else.

Lobby was close even tho they had to close their lobby at 0200 am and it was around 0100 or just turn 0100 when we got to jack in the box had a baby in the car with us and was trying to get some food and go to the restroom but no and their phone was disconnected

Ordered 3 tacos and only received 2 and they were cold and super greasy..and got 2 burger combos meat was undercooked and everything was so greasy...fries were cold and old...hopefully they will get it right sooner then later everyone was really friendly though

Used the drive thru and was greeted promptly. Everything went smoothly and got my order hot and fresh.
The employees, were very pleasent. But the Dining room was empty, all the tables were dirty, Floors were extremely sticky and had food and straw wrappers scattered around. Had to ask for wipes to clean a table before anyone went out to "clean". Quickly wipe off tables. Food was hot and fresh. There could have recently just been a rush, who knows.

Beware online orders at Jack in the Box. If you need an item refunded, you'll have to use an outdated online ticket system which forces you to fill out a bunch of order, business, and personal information. Then you'll eventually get it over a week later. Charge backs are easier than this archaic system.

Ok this jack n the box has really gone down hill in all the years. I went tonight (Memorial Day), I wanted to get a quick sandwich and some tacos. They said they ran out. I was in line forever waiting to pay. Only one car in front of me. When I finally got to the window, all the sudden they are out of Sprite. Yuk. So disappointed, then was asked to wait out front. 10 minutes or longer. When I got home, less than 5 minutes away, my food was cold. This was a sucky a meal

So disappointed, spent $21 for a pickup order and they couldn’t even bother to give me ketchup or syrup, y’all always be forgetting it! :( Also got the wrong burgers, ordered the 2 for 5 jumbo jacks and got 2 bacon ultimate cheeseburgers which I didn’t want…I thought you were better Jack smh

I always go here late at night when I get off work. The employees are always pleasant, and have a smile on their face. I've never had a bad experience here. So if you like Jack in the box I'd recommend this particular one.
