We had hot fresh food, the dining area had a lot of dirty tables & there was no ice in the drink machine. Overall, it was okay. The smash jack Cheeseburgers were great

The new smashburger was actually good. The customer service was horrific. I placed my order online and used the drive through to pick up the food. The lady handed my order to me without saying a single word. I asked if there was ketchup in the bag and she smiled at me and closed the window. Ridiculous to spend that amount of money and be treated that way.

Came through drive thru and said I had separate orders and was told NO because they are short staffed. I said well if I come in can I order separately and he continued to say NO we are short staffed. Will NEVER return to this location absolutely HORRIBLE service!!!

Empty parking lot and now I know why! I was the only one in line at the drive thru and it took 30 minutes to get my food. When I finally got it, some of it was cold. There were 4 or 5 employees, so I'm not sure if they were new employees or what was the problem. I've noticed many times passing by this Jack n the box that the parking lot is almost always empty and it's most definitely the service. Get it together or it'll get worse. It's not the town because other fast food like Chick-fil-A has cars around the building waiting in the drive thru!

Jack in the box has a little known secret called The Breakfast Jack. It's a very simple little sandwich, which is why I think it works so well. It's a soft bun with a thin slice of ham a real fried egg like you'd make it home and a slice of cheese. That's it, with no condiments, no double is or double that. I got one of these for a friend of mine, and now he's hooked lol of course you can get it with sausage and you can fix it up any way you want, but the basic Breakfast Jack is what I like best
