Sarah Cove, is an outstanding employee I went over and beyond to help me with a big delivery order from hundreds of miles away and insured that not only was the delivery early but everything that was ordered was done correctly. Huge shoutout to this store but especially high thanks & kudos to Sarah!!! You were my angel today!

Jimmy John's still serves up great simple sandwiches fresh and fast. They have lost some of that focus with the menu changes since the sale to Inspire Brands. Stuck with a classic sandwich and you'll enjoy it.

I ordered delivery online. I live in town. They charged me and said 8 minutes away was too far. When I ordered and got charged they didn't say 8 minutes was too far. No call, no nothing. Hope they enjoyed my sandwiches. Terrible, just terrible and yall should be ashamed!!! Zero stars

Jimmy John’s decided when I called them to make a delivery that they would take my credit card information over the phone but claim they did not receive the information on their end. I was able to log into my account give them all of the information for the transaction ID still they claim they did not receive it, they decided they were not going to let me speak to a manager though they put me on hold for a while and claimed they called one. They have my money, but I didn’t get my food that can easily be remedied, but I will never be getting service from them again if they don’t make this right, and I will be like a pitbull and continually dog this place until they do make it right or they fire those incompetent individuals.

The other day I ordered Jimmy Johns and my kickin ranch had exploded all over my bag. Without hesitation, Jimmy Johns immediately delivered me a new ranch. I realize this may not sound like a big deal to some but I am a condiment queen and this made my day way better.
