I ordered delivery online. I live in town. They charged me and said 8 minutes away was too far. When I ordered and got charged they didn't say 8 minutes was too far. No call, no nothing. Hope they enjoyed my sandwiches. Terrible, just terrible and yall should be ashamed!!! Zero stars

The other day I ordered Jimmy Johns and my kickin ranch had exploded all over my bag. Without hesitation, Jimmy Johns immediately delivered me a new ranch. I realize this may not sound like a big deal to some but I am a condiment queen and this made my day way better.

We eat there a lot and tonight 12/18 we bought 2 sanwiches. These sandwiches were the worst we have gotten. Tomatoes were soggy, didn’t get what I ask for, meat was just thrown on there, lettuce was so sparse I had to open up my sandwich to make sure I actually had it on there. Very disappointed

Fast service! I'm not very familiar with the menu here so my wrap had mayo (?). Not a fan and didn't realize until too late that there were other options ?
I ordered a sandwich for my lunch, ordered a Favorites, which is supposed to be double meat, double cheese, and whenever I had opened up the sandwich, there was barely anything in it. It was all bread when I had spoke to the manager in corporate office. They both informed me that, even though I ordered a Favorites that is supposed to come with double meat, double cheese, my sandwich. I have been a loyal customer of Jimmy John’s for five years. But never again that used to be a great place, but I will never waste my money on this little bit of food again if I could give a lower than a one star, I would

Very good food... Don't forget to tip your delivery driver... Never have your food delivered if you aren't going to tip your driver... These people climb 3 flights of stairs for some of you ,walk forever through a mall and endure the crappiest weather to hand you your food...I personally would NEVER have my food delivered to my home or work and not tip my driver...Wheelchair accessibility: It's accessible...

Always love Jimmy John's. Of the chain sub-shops, it is my favorite, I've tried them all. It is the most similar to a family-owned delicatessen you can get at a chain. And they are always friendly and super quick with your order, by the time you've placed your order your sub is done being freshly made and is ready to eat. I might go today, now that I think about it.
