Absolutely Fabulous! Food was delicious, Service exceptional and the Staff were all very wonderful. Everyone we encountered!! Will definitely return when we are in the area, again.
I was late getting in. About 20 minutes before closing time, and on my own.
Service was great. I have never had a better house salad. The Shrimp Scampi was one of the best if not the # 1 best, and I believe my mother in law would have been pleased. She was full blood Italian.
The Cheesecake was excellent.
Did I mention that the service was excellent. Presentation and Atmosphete were wonderful.
Already looking for locations that I travel and there are 3 in Oklahoma, so I will be hunting them down.
First time a restaurant ever got all high marks from me. Thanks to the restaurant and will definitely be back.

Really nice place but way, AND I MEAN WAY, out of my price range. Had a free meal meeting event here and it's a great place but not on my budget.
My husband had Feduchi w/chicken and it was barely edible. I had the cheese tortellini w Alfredo sauce. My was okay. I had left overs, and my husband ate them later. We got a tiriamisu for desert, and it had very little taste.
Its been about five years since I'd been here, decided to check it out again. There were about five other tables and some folks at the bar. Waited around 20 minutes to order because our waitress was nowhere to be found. ~15 minutes later we got our salads, and another ~15 minutes later we got our entries (I think we were here for well over an hour). My food looked a lot better than it tasted (not bad...edible, but not great). My daughter's chicken fettuccine had hardly any Alfredo sauce and definitely not enough chicken for the upcharge. Had no idea that drinks were $10+ a piece. Everything was so expensive and this place is certainly not fancy enough to charge the prices they charge. Maybe we'll see again in another 5 years.
The Chicken Parm was elite! The crust was crispy and not soggy like most restaurants. The portions were more than plenty. Our waiter, Adam, was the cherry on top of our excellent experience. I just regret that I haven't been there sooner. Definitely earned a repeat customer!
The bread at the table was so warm and good! Served with olive oil for dipping, which was also flavored & good! I had the chicken parm sandwich with came hot & yummy.
My friend ordered a build your own pasta, which she also said was good but the meat sauce was a tad spicy (which never hurts my feelings).
I will return!
Update for the owner: Thank you but not interested in returning. The dishes were pepperoni pizza, bowtie festival, chx classic fett, chicken marsala.
We have never been to a Johnny Carino’s before so while in Wichita Falls, we decided to try something new. It was just after lunchtime and the place was nearly empty. There were only two servers that we saw, and one server was also working at the bar. Surprisingly, service was ok even though we were on the side where the server was also the bartender. The food was just ok. The Italian salad dressing was a little spicy – which I have never had a spicy Italian dressing; it was unexpected and strange. Also, the salad had onions which the server neglected to mention when asked what was in the house salad. We ordered three pasta dishes, one pizza, and four soft drinks. The pizza appeared to be the best thing on the menu. The chicken in our pasta was not fresh – some sort of precut processed meat that was tasteless and tough. Mushrooms were overcooked and soggy and the sauces on each pasta dish had little to no flavor. Johnny Carino’s was an expensive ($130 before tip) mistake.
While we were waiting for our food, I was observing and saw one of the cooks not wearing gloves and he was in between playing on his phone and then putting croutons on peoples salads. They talked to him after I said something, but he continued on not wearing gloves. I lost my appetite and didn’t want to eat, but my kids really were hungry so we stayed. $80 dollars later, I hope they don’t end up with some kind of food poisoning. All in all, we won’t be back.

I hadn't been to Carino's in about five years since it closed in Lubbock, and I had forgotten just how delicious it is. Absolutely amazing!

We were early diners, but the place was deserted. The pizza was not very good, but the Italian nachos were very good.
