Place is honestly garbage. Just came over here to get nashville hot tenders. They threw like a bead of sauce underneath the plain tenders and it was some weird sweet yet still gross sauce that wasn't hot. Also they never give me my sauce. Normally I don't write bad reviews but this place has been crappy numerous times so its well deserved.

I am so tired of trying to get kfc and getting the oldest bottom of the barrel food they can find. I have never received fresh food anytime I’ve gone here. I give it a year an try again and still the same. This time, I got fries that could pop a tire AND a chicken wing that’s the size of a golf ball. Wtf am I suppose to do with this? Will never go back.

Girl at counter speaks poor English. Order total 14.06 gave her a 20 and 6 Pennys then she sets the pennys back in front of me and gets change out of drawer. Ordered Mac & cheese and mashed potatoes and got Cole slaw and mashed potatoes.edited after thinking about it. Food was excellent even my Cole slaw

3 PC all white two veggies 16 bucks, soaked grease, nasty my dog pushed it away , only 0ne mexican out of five spoke broken English...they put two pics dark meat, one wing...horrible, if this is how they do business they will be next to close....nasty is best description

Last 2 times I ordered the 3 pieces chicken combo, they charge me 50 cents for 1 mustard sauce. When I showed the KFC manager my comb meal should come with a sauce, then he told me online and stores are different, if I need a mustard sauce I have to pay, no sauce comes with my combo meal. Chicken never fresh. I worked at one as a young man and know how it's should be. Bad management. They aren't stirring the cooker before they drop the lid. Not sifting the flour. Not managing times correctly in the warmers. They used to be the best.

This is the second time that I got my order messed up at this establishment. The first time they charged me extra for coleslaw that I specifically said I did not want and put it at the bottom of the bag where I wouldn't see it. This time was today I ordered the nugget meal. I asked for mashed potatoes as a side and they gave me fries. I was also charged for a honey packet that they didn't even give me. This is ridiculous and I have no idea how this place is still running. Plus the girl who took my order hardly even spoke english.
The employees were very helpful and extremely nice too. I'll definitely be back

I will admit it has been at least 3 years since my last visit to a KFC. The last time I was there the service was slow and the food was not that good. This visit was a pretty big change from my last visit. I picked up individual meals for my wife and I, the meals were very well prepared and the service was really good. The people behind the counter were doing a really good job. Of course this is only 1 visit in 3 years but it was really different and much better than my last visit. I can't guess what they will be like on my next visit but I hope for the same level of service. The best thing to do is visit and judge for yourself.

Why do I keep coming back lol I've gone there twice in two weeks. N both times they forgot my sauces for the tenders. I drove all the way to work n had to drive back to kfc. The tenders was dry n the biscuits was hard...I didn't get any utensils not even a straw. Even though I had asked I was told it was in the bag before I drove off

Workers were rude. When I asked about my friends order the worker ignored me and walked away and when she came back with the order and instead of waiting for the whole order she put one bag in the pickup area. And instead of telling me that it was one part of the order she completely ignored me and walked away so I had assumed that was the order and missed the rest of it as I had already left. Genuinely some of the worst customer service I have ever had in my life.

Well we asked for sweet tea with tons of ice mine was barely half full of ice asked if we could have 2 thighs instead of a thigh and a leg in the 2 piece meal she said no they come that way she was very short with us and not helpful at all so we stopped to eat and the chicken we asked for was the crispy we got the regular and it was the worst tasting meal we've had in a long time so bad that I'll never eat there again and KFC has always been my favorite place to eat not anymore and the mashed potatoes were so gross they made me sick I'll never eat at that KFC again.
