Little Caesars in Wichita Falls

“Our other little ceasers closed down due to a bad storm that went through town. So we do have to drive further but it's worth it fir the price. The food is good. We like their wings. The store is a little dirty. And the employees seemed flustered and overwhelmed and there were only 3 people in the store, so not sure what that was about.Lady asked my name and what I ordered, while the guy that took my order was right there next to her, like dude tell her what I just ordered. It was a lot and to have to repeat myself when she could have just looked it up by name was dumb to me but overall it was good. I will say the employees at this location although ditsy, are better than the employees at the old location. Customer Service is key.“

“I was disappointed that the pizza portal wouldn't open and i had to talk to a real person to retrieve my order (Thursday, July 10 around 5pm). Surprisingly, the gentleman working the register had genuine customer service skills. He was friendly and cool, while moving with a purpose. He displayed courtesy without looking like it was forced or rehearsed. The guy is a role model for anyone working a counter.
Yes, the pizza was hot and ready, and tasted like Little Caesars (this is the ONLY LC location I'll order from in Wichita Falls, btw).
But the service on that day was on point. That man deserves a raise.“
