Little Caesars Pizza

Was served a thin crust cheese pizza that looked like a scab. Manager offered a refund and hung up. The pizza had black xarbonized sauce around the crust. Nothing on the pie was identifiable. Swear to GOD this place sucks.

I Get pizza from here all the time. Listen, you get what pay for. If your needing quick mid tier pizza for the kids, bros, or just craving bad food choices, then this place has got you. If youre wanting 5 star food and service, then goto a sit down restaurant. This place bangs out probably frozen pizzas at great rate, and that's what I want. Employees never make eye contact, so its never awkward, unless you have to make stuff more complicated, then *you're* making complicated. Just enjoy little casers for what it does best: get you pizza thats hot n ready.

Id like to appreciate this location, I've never had an issue getting in and out. Its usually people making ridiculous orders that clog up the pipeline to get people's orders out.

10/10 efficiency.

I ordered a pizza for myself and all my friends along with an order of breadsticks was HIGHLY disappointed I found multiple hairs in my pizza and my breadsticks were not cooked all the way through and were super doughy ended up having to order food from another restaurant will not be ordering again

Went to place an order online at 9pm and they arent raking online orders. Called got put on hold for 20 mins, when someone did answer was told that they aren't taking phone orders and to just come in this is at 920pm. BTW they close at 10pm got there at 922 pm cuz we were already on our way just make sure, and the girl is running up to the door to wave us off saying they aren't taking anymore orders and that they are closed at 922pm. When told that we had just talked to a gentleman on the phone she was rude and told us she didnt care she is closing. Will be calling Corp in the morning.

Called in a order worker that answered Said to make our order in store as they closed at 10pm we arrived and the female worker rude stated that they were already closed

This place gets a pass because I was traveling in a group and, when we stopped here, I stayed in the car. Anyway, the pizza was good. Alhamdullilllah.

I was disappointed that the pizza portal wouldn't open and i had to talk to a real person to retrieve my order (Thursday, July 10 around 5pm). Surprisingly, the gentleman working the register had genuine customer service skills. He was friendly and cool, while moving with a purpose. He displayed courtesy without looking like it was forced or rehearsed. The guy is a role model for anyone working a counter.
Yes, the pizza was hot and ready, and tasted like Little Caesars (this is the ONLY LC location I'll order from in Wichita Falls, btw).
But the service on that day was on point. That man deserves a raise.

Put a order in at 9:20 they close at 10:30 took my money paid in full waited and waited called waited on hold for 15 minutes before I drove up there said it wouldn’t be ready till 10:30 am tomorrow would not recommend this location to my worst enemy
