I usually come here often and get whatever they have ready. I don’t like going into places when they close soon, but it’s hot and ready right? I showed up at 9:45 and their door was locked with everyone inside cleaning, and I could still see food in their warmer. I’ve never had a bad experience here before, but this is not right.

This location was hard to find at night, because the sign wasn't lit and the windows were covered by posters and holiday art. The inside was crowded with people and an almost hostile sense of desperation. People were being told they would have to wait thirty minutes for a Hot and Ready pizza. It took the staff a minute or two to locate my order. However, my order had been made, everything was correct, and it all tasted good.

Stopped in last night around 6 p.m. Asked for a Supreme Hot & Ready was told they didn't have any. So I said....I'll take a pepperoni, response was we don't have any. So I respond, well give me a cheese. She responded we don't have any. I ask, what do you have and she said, right now nothing. This is my second similar incident. Won't be going back.

They wouldn't pick up the phone, and when I got there they couldn't even make a regular pizza, they would only make thin crust. At least they were nice about it.

Little Cesar's pizza taste like Carbondale. The Hot and ready destroyed the good pizza I had when I was a kid. Cheap on the toppings and , Less cheese. No crust pizzas look ugly. This is unacceptable to me. That's why I go to dominos and spend more money. Marcos. Pappas John's, and Dominos are the best chains. Pizza hut and Little Cesar's lack quality food.

The lady at the front was rude and inconsiderate I walked in to order and she wouldn’t even let me speak and proceeded to say we are only doing online orders so I went to place a order and it wouldn’t allow me and the lady said she couldn’t help me at all and said they already started cleaning 35 minutes before close. So with this being said I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND little Caesar’s on midwestern!!!!! 0 out of 5 stars.

Wrong hours of business & phone number has been changed. Placed an order at 7 pm that I was charged for but never made or delivered. Drove by at 9:30 & they were closed when it says open til 10. Even contacted door dash driver & was told my order was canceled but noone informed me of this. They forget items consistently & I will never order from this location again. Worst online service I have ever experienced.
No paper plates is acceptable. No Parmesan cheese, unacceptable. Employee rang up another person while I was waiting to be rang up. That person came in after I was already waiting to be rang up and waiting on the food to be grabbed from the hot box. No order of service.

Next time tell the rude lady behind the counter not to ask a customer what they need and then look at me like she is stupid and don't take my order and then start talking to the lady behind me sitting down completely ignoring the customer right in front of you .might have not walked out if you want better service and friendlier employees go down the street to the one on southwest parkway they have a great attitude I had no problem spending my money there!!!!

Sucks, the one on 5th St Wichita Falls, acts like they are doing you a big favor by even waiting on you, and they wont do shit an hour before closing, nor ever answer the phone for anything. A bunch of punk kids who could give a crap. It's like no one owns it or cares how its ran. All they do is play rap music and watch their cell phones while people are being turned away as they dont have time to do crap an hour before closing.
