McDonald's in Wichita Falls

“I know im hard on McDonald's, but this location had it going on! Polite , someone at the register , polite and courteous staff , the manager even picked up several people's trey and trash and took it to the garbage, myself included! Top notch staff makes for top notch service!! Good job everyone!“

“With only 1 car ahead of me , I thought McDonald's was a little slow @ the Drive thru, Maybe because it was close to closing time & I didn't realize they were about to close for the evening, However when I pulled up to pay & recieve my order, it took only about 2 mins, that includes asking the cashier for salt & extra sweet n sour sauce. The cashier was very polite & thorough . I just got paid & was craving something hot & ready & @ this hour fast foods are usually what's to choose from & McDonald's always delivers ; in other words; always satisfies that craving. For a limited time , McDonald's is offering a buy one , get one for a $1.00 on some of their menu 😋 items. 2 sml 🍟🍟fries, 2 , 6 pieces of chicken nuggets with 3 packets of sweet n sour sauce, 2 double cheeseburgers 🍔 🍔, 2 Filet-o-fish' s, & 1 med 🧋coke, all for under $24.00 . All to go. I'm loving ❤️ it !“

“I’m usually fairly critical of fast food places, and usually found it easy to complain about things, but this experience was excellent. The food did take a while to get to us while dining in, but they were slammed with people. The Manager was clearly working hard to get orders out accurately, while working with new staff. She didn’t let the rush get to her and kept encouraging her team. She apologized to each person as she was handing out orders, and at least seemed sincere in her apology. I appreciate her and all her staff for doing a great job in a rush I hadn’t seen there in quite some time.“

“Initially a one star, but I called and manager Sherri(I hope I spelled it right), made it right with us. There was a bit of a wait this morning as they were just getting opened and they made us one size smaller on both our drinks, but I called and she said for us to come back soon and get two more on the house. Thank you guys so much, we all make mistakes but what matters is you guys made it right! Five stars is what you deserve!“

“My niece was missing in the area and not only did the manager take a look at her photo, she walked to each of her employees individually and showed them her photo. She could have looked at the picture on my phone and dismissed what I said, but she didn’t. She made sure every soul in there saw her face. We did find my niece, safe and sound. But I don’t want her care to go unnoticed. I was so stressed I don’t catch her name, but thank you!“
