Everytime I go eat here. The lady is cleaning the floors, literally right where we are sitting. I've complained to the manager before for this very reason. By all means clean but not when people are trying to eat. It's ridiculous.

Service at this location has become a joke. If I didn't have a child who loves chicken nuggets, I'd only come for the fries. One person working lobby, while you have 4 to 5 women working the drive thru area who refuse to look at you if you're wanting to ask for something. I have literally stood there for 15 minutes to get some ketchup packets. Workers walking by, ignoring you, while they cry cause you can hear those 4 or 5 women talking slanderous abuse to and about the other employees. Management isnt your friend but they shouldn't be bullies either. Service with a smile went out a long time ago. At least this location isn't as bad about messing up every order in one way or another. Just watch out they don't leave chemicals in the joke of a play place, once again!

First time trying American Mcdonald's; here's my experience.
We ordered a pretty small amount of food. What would've been around 24$ at taco bell cost us 36$. The food was mediocre. Chicken nuggets were super thin, meat patty was dry. Whole food was dried and way oversalted, a cheeseburger was missing. First and last time eating at any mcdonald's

Would be nice to have someone that spoke English to take orders. My order was messed up, I lost my rewards and they didn't honor the app deal after they messed up my order. Order wouldn't have been messed up if they understood English. Never going back
