sat in drive thru for 10 minutes only 1 car in front of me. they took orders from the 2nd lane only. the car in front of me kept saying hello they told him to wait and kept taking orders from the other lane. he finally was able to get out and leave. it took me a few more to do the same. while I was waiting to get out. no one came over the speaker to ask if I need help. the other day it was almost 7am and they weren't even open yet no lights nothing. what is going on here? I ordered 2 mc doubles extra pickles n they didn't drain the pickle juice and made my burger soggy n they put extra mustard very poor n nasty food n manager was rude when I called to complain...
