it all started when i ordered my food on the mobile app, it worked great. once there in the evening i was the only one in the line and no other cars around i was asked to pull out of line to wait for my order. i was never given my receipt and asked repeatedly for it. i was give the excuse that it did not print. when they brought the bag it was missing half the order. no fries or napkins in the bag. i asked politely and they were like ugh let me go get you the fries.. still asked for my receipt again and they refused to give it. they just didnt want me to do the survey on their store. Now I'm I will purposely buy 1 small cheap item just so i can do a survey now and roast them every chance I get. Im not wanting any free food from this or any compensation. only the respect i should have received the evening I was there, but didnt get from some entitled employee

They wouldn’t give me fries cuz I didn’t come with a car mind you I paid with the mobile app and I can almost guarantee the fries were made already this is insane to me cuz I’ve done this before at other McDonalds and this is a personal decision of the manager.
It took more than 15 minutes to get 2 happy meals inside. I realize that drive thru is a priority but not to the extent of others. They need more/better help.

I ordered one thing that was super simple, I was the only customer, I get halfway down the road and realize my order is wrong. It's annoying to work hard, earn money, overpay for garbage, and then my garbage isn't even made correctly. This location is horrible. Never order form here.

This place is like 50/50 chance of getting fresh, hot and good fries/food and then the other staled fries and or missing an item. The people here are not very accommodate, I live like 15 minutes away, and they're like bring the whole order back to get a refund or replacement. Their app is cumbersome, unlike Chick-fil-A. I'm not driving 15 minutes back for less $10 meal...

The food was good but as I showed up I was welcomed with attitude and disrespect she asked if I was using the app I said yes then when I told her I had a code( like one would if they were using the app) and she huffed and puffed and when I went to grab my order she was practically throwing them into my car. She was wearing a manager shirt if you can’t separate your feelings and work perhaps you shouldn’t be in a leadership position.

Manager this morning had the nerve to give my husband all types of attitude over a simple order. Complete lack of any type of professionalism, makes me question how she’s in a supervisory position to begin with.

Sometimes there really busy and no one is watching the front and they need to greet people alot better maybe hire someone like an older person to do so ..and clean tables or something not trying to be rude but the attitudes sometimes is so your here big deal do I have to wait on you ..it's a job but attitude is alot of returning customers

We’ve gone to breakfast a couple times this week. The first time we went the speaker in the drive thru was terrible. We pulled up to the first window and you could hear people fighting and yelling at each other. No one came to the window so we went to the second window and they asked why we hadn’t paid yet. Ugh. Then we went yesterday, speaker seemed fine. Pulled up to first window, got waived to second window. We had to go back to bring some food home, oh wait, stop at first window again. Whomever takes the order really needs to tell you where to go.
