I waited 18 minutes for 2 bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits. All the parking spots were full of cars. Many of them got their food as well as everyone in line after us. Finally we had to flag down the young man that was taking orders to cars because a car parked in one of those spots after us got his food before us. If we hadn’t done that, the time would’ve been longer. The girl at the second window asked us what we ordered, the young man didn’t know what we were waiting on either. If this was the first time this happened, I wouldn’t even have written a review but this has happened several times and I come here once a week. The worst part is the inside of the sandwich was cold which means it had just been sitting for probably as long as I was waiting.

Manager hung up on me 3 times when trying to get a replacement burger for one that wasn’t made correctly. When asked to speak to the GM, she gave her name and informed me that she wouldn’t be in the store till 3pm. What a shame to run a business like this.

The service is beyond slow, no matter how few cars are in the drive-thru. More often than not, you have to pull into a parking spot and then they'll bring out your order, but always seem to forget the drink that comes with it. My food tonight was cold and when I asked for extra pickles, I only received the 2 pickles that normally come with the burger. There was barely a dime sized amount of ketchup and mustard on the sandwich. 90% of the burger was dry. This is hardly the first time the service and food have been awful, but it will definitely be my last time going here.

NEVER COME HERE!! I ordered to double cheese burgers and one of them had one freakin pickle on it and the other one had two, I called McDonald’s to ask if I could get more pickles because that’s just ridiculous and they bring me out a cup with a single pickle in it. Worst McDonald’s

I normally don't eat fast food. But when I do stop it's normally for the drinks. Anywho, I stopped today to grab a coffee and a chicken sandwich before work. Soon as I pulled up at work, I opened my sandwich there was a bug in/on it. I called to speak to a manager. Alicia or Aleesha. She asked for my information and stated she would speak with the cooks. I refused a replacement sandwich. I just wanted to inform them that there was a bug in my meal. 1.99 wasted, in the trash. This is ONE of the very reasons why I stopped eating fast food. Never again. Good luck to those who do!
