Drive up was the only option (due to virus). I understand they have to limit the people inside working. Fries were cold and shriveled up, the drink had the soft drink all over the outside of the cup.
This crew/business needs to step up their game or they’re not going to make it through this craziness.

30 minute wait for fast food. Raw burgers, take raw back and receive more raw burgers in exchange.
Waited on my food in the drive thru for 20 minutes before going inside to get it myself. It would’ve been nice to hear “sorry for the wait ma’am” but no. Y’all need a serious customer service lesson. How is a 20 minute wait for FAST food acceptable?
