First, the staff was so incredibly friendly. The French fries were absolutely delicious! We weren't huge fans of the Mac n cheese unfortunately but the meat was good! It wasn't the best bbq I've had, but it was still tasty and we would happily go back!

The best BBQ in the area!! Will continue to drive 90 minutes for the deliciousness this place puts out! It is tied for top spot on my list with another place in NV! I would have to put them side by side to determine a winner!

I ordered the turkey sandwich. It was on hamburger bun that was so flat and the turkey was dry. They precut and leave it until it’s ordered and then put together. I told the lady at the counter and all she said was thank you. As we were getting into the car, someone comes running out offering to provide “fresh” turkey. By this time, I was very disappointed and the way I was received I am afraid it may be tainted.

Good food, decent prices. Lots deleted from the menu. Regular sauce is good but handed out in TINY cups. Sweet sauce is SWEET. Sweet tea is too sweet as well. Friendly cashier. PS. Offer more than just peach cobbler. Ie Apple or cherry, blackberry etc.

This is the first time at this barbecue place. A friendly guy greeted us as we walked in. The inside smelled so good. The food was amazing. Would eat here again. As a wheelchair user, there was plenty for me.

3 Meats Plate: chopped brisket, pulled pork, and 1/4 chicken. Mac & cheese and smoked cabbage for sides. Portions are really good. Small but cozy dining area. They even have two tables for playing checkers. 3 sauce options: BBQ, Sweet BBQ, and Spicy BBQ. The macaroni and cheese was so good and creamy. It was my first time trying smoked cabbage and I loved it. I'll always compare any other smoked cabbage to this one. The chopped brisket and pulled pork were very tender and not dry at all. Ordered the chicken for my kids and they seemed to like it. I didn't get to try it. The customer service was very friendly and attentive. We got the food fairly quickly after ordering and we were there around 1:30 pm. They do accept credit cards so no worries about bringing cash. We will definitely be back anytime we come to visit Burk.

Their truck was parked at Walmart yesterday and I took a chance. So glad I did. They serve their sandwiches just like I like them. No pickles onions jalapeños or sauce. I like my barbecue to stand on its own. And this barbecue sure did. It had a nice subtle smoky flavor, was not dry nor was it greasy. It was very well seasoned and a little on the peppery side which did not bother me one bit. They even took the time to make sure the bun was nice and warm which a lot of barbecue trucks do not do. They do have the condiments so you can load up on the pickles onions and sauce on your own if that's your thing. Its worth mentioning the the young men manning the truck were pretty easy on the eyes which is a plus for old lady! I definitely be looking for them again

This place is absolutely FIRE!!!!! Best BBQ I have ever had. Got the classic pulled pork, mac & cheese, potato salad, and peach cobbler. The banana pudding was INCREDIBLE. Husband also loved it. Friendly staff & family oriented interior. We will definitely be back!!

When I first walked in the door received a genuine greeting like he was welcoming his family.Food received was a generous portions and very little Fat, but not Southern Style BBQ, this is Food Truck BBQ. That being said I cannot compare this restaurant to other BBQ restaurants as for taste. Food tasted great more attention to quality of meat not the sauce most (BBQ joints smother the meat in the sauce). Here you could if you wanted but that would mess with the style Mckinney has established.Sweet Tea was too sweet to my taste not as sweet as chicken express.5 Stars ? for Hospitality and attention to meat quality. Also props for food truck food in a diner setting. And the absolute one of the top 5 cleanest restaurants in Wichita Falls.

The restaurant hasn't been around long but you wouldn't know it. It was busy and the barbeque was outstanding. I had the pulled pork plate and my friend had the brisket. Plates come with two sides and portions are generous. They offer regular BBQ sauce and spicy BBQ sauce. The spicy sauce will light you up and will satisfy anyone's craving for hot and spicy. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone asking about BBQ restaurants in town!
