The customer service is impeccable here, I didn’t catch the employee’s name but she is always so friendly and patient and provides excellent customer service! The Bundt cakes are soooooo good!!

I've purchased cakes in the past, and they were always great. Today though, I went in for my birthday bundtlet and the employee working the counter did something extra sweet for my mom. Very thoughtful employees 🥰

What a joke , I am a member of their eclub where you get free bundtlet for your birthday, well today my birthday, but since I registered with my work email and can’t prove it they said we can’t honor it. Would not even look in their system to actually see. What a joke will not be back.

My girls Jessica and autum (I hope those are the right names) HOOKED ME UP. I have never stepped foot in a nothing Bundt location before and they were soooo helpful and kind, walked me through everything, and gave advice!! Those girls deserve a raise! Thank y’all soooooo much.
These bundt cakes are crazy addictive. So good.
Seems sweet up front. Worst place to work. Great cakes. Great service. Management is fine. Horrible owner. Julie doesn’t care about her workers. She is very rude when someone has a misunderstanding. I’d steer clear from working there. No one I know is about to purchase from them again.
