I have Pizza Hut 8 times a month sometimes even more The food is always hot drinks are cold and I don’t ever have a problem with the service they answer on the first call they repeat the order before hanging up which I appreciate and is always on time
Whoever the manager is here, your employees are outside talking BAD about you. I could hear it ALL! All employees outside and wouldn't help me at the window.

A lot of places just make it how wever they want, my pizza was picture perfect, as ordered and tasted great. Was hot and cooked just right.
Pizza was cold and soggy. Boneless wings were cold and dry .

My pizza was made exceptionally well. Toppings were plentiful. The value box had pizza, bread sticks with sauce and cinammon sticks all of which were made to perfection. So much more for your money than other pizza places!

There's often no one at the window so don't bother, just go inside. Once inside you learn the inside of the store is disgusting and no longer have an appetite. I typically don't leave reviews or complain but good grief, do better.

I tried the Philly cheese steak pizza, and it did not disappoint. We dined in, and they didn't have any tea or a soda fountain, so we had to purchase bottles of Pepsi.

Ordered pizza at 4pm, called at 5:15pm because we hadn’t gotten our order and didn’t get any emails, phone calls, or messages. Talk to a “manager” named Nathan, and he/she ended up hanging up on us.

Cancelled our order with no explanation. Called and talked to the manager and the manager hung up on us. Still the best Pizza Hut in the country though. Also the manager we spoke with was named Nathan.
