Ordered delivery. Delivered by door dash. Driver dropped my wings right in front of me. Scooped them back into the box and handed them to me. $20.38 worth of food. There was no seal on any of the food boxes. I'm not impressed.

Ordered a large square cut extra crispy pizza with cheese sticks and an extra marinara, received 2 med round pizzas and cheese stick 1 marinara. Called back because we thought someone's else food was delivered. Girl on the phone was immediately snappy and rude with us. Claimed we got 2 med pizzas because she was out of large said sorry it's not square cut and ill refund the marinara. The pizza tasted as expected but when my husband said it's not crispy either she said well I can't burn it. My husband has ordered his pizza that way for years and we have never had a burnt pizza it simply cooks the extra grease off the pizza, however the girl on the phone definitely should not be speaking with your customers the way she did we were not being rude we actually thought we had somone else's food. We hung up nothing was resolved and I don't recommend using this location, staff is extremely rude and unprofessional.

Better double check your orders when they deliver your order by door dash when ordering online. This means they are understaffed. There wasn’t even any Management on site to give me a refund after I showed up in person because they would not answer the phone. Second time in a row I’ve had problems. My Last order online showed delivered and I got it an hour later. The driver only knew a few words of English and wanted me to show them how to get to there next delivery. I would just order from any of the other pizza places around. This place is going downhill.

Extremely rude staff. I called to check up on an order that I didn’t receive after it was 20 minutes late. Was told any minute now. Then I called back after it was 40 minutes late and the lady who picked up actually yelled at me because the driver was taking 4 deliveries so I needed to be patient. And I could hear a man yelling in the background “tell her she needs to wait I already told her” When the pizza finally did arrive it was cold.

I stood in there for nearly 10 minutes and didn’t see a single employee. Yelled for help and even looked into the kitchen and didn’t see anybody. I’ve never seen this before.

The pizza was delicious. Recent years we saw higher prices and lower quality. Not this pie. It was chock full of delicious meats and cheese.
Ordered a pizza at 7:56. At 9:20 still no pizza. I call the restaurant only to find out that the pizza was still there and had not been delivered. The only thing they could tell me is that they don’t know why it wasn’t delivered. The driver was there and everything. They offered to remake the pizza but it would have to be on thin crust because they were now out of hand tossed crust. So not only do i have to wait an extra 20-30 mins for them to remake the pizzas i now don’t even get what i paid for. Told them to just bring me the pizzas. I would reheat them myself. Smh.

I hadn't ordered Pizza Hut in a while (Dominos and Papa Johns in this area had always been really good in delivery, price and quality). Gave them a shot again...When my food arrived my wings only had 4 out of the 8 it was supposed to have, I called the store to ask about it. The person on the phone didn't seem to care and said they could do a store credit, I told them I don't use a Pizza Hut account and this was my first time using them in a few years, I asked about getting it refunded to my card I used and he said they don't do that (which seems impossible). He said "i guess we can re fire it if you want" and I said yes. (The entire phone call seemed like I was annoying them for even asking to get what I paid for). I then waited 35 minutes and called again (mind you the initial delivery with everything I had ordered prior took about 20 minutes and now we were just waiting for 8 wings)... Same person on the phone and just said "should be heading your way" and that was it.The delivery driver was very friendly and apologetic compared to the person on the phone.The new wings were fresh, but by the time we got to eat anything everything else was cold. Guess it's sticking with Papa Johns and Dominos again.

The last two times, including tonight that I ordered it was a waste. The first time we had the Alfredo sauce and it was separated and chunky on the pizza tonight was the second time in a long time that I ordered, and there was barely any sauce on the pizza. I never had any problem before the last 2 orders. We love Pizza Hut at other places, but I can no longer order from there. I have to cook dinner right now another pizza in the trash.
