The cashiers were SO NICE the food was so fresh we had to wait a sec to eat it. We even got a free side for the wait for fresh chicken (which wasn't even that long tbh)

I ordered online and still waited almost an hour for the smallest drumsticks and thighs I have ever received from a chicken place in my life. I paid almost $40 for drumettes... I'll stick to Golden Chick.

Wasn't "crispy" just thinly battered pieces of "greasy" chicken.Horrible..Went two weeks ago and the same...Something was changed or somebody's skipping the process or steps to make it right Not going back for this a third time...

The service here is absolutely terrible. I've been 3 times since I lived in the area and each time I've waited forever while there was hardly any customers. Staff seems consistently overwhelmed with nothing.

Waste of money and time. I spent about $45 yesterday in the drive thru... was served old chicken and fries. Even the chicken from chicken sandwich was stale. Nothing seemed fresh. I had hungry kids to feed and was so caught up in a hectic day. I didn't take the time to go back and complain. Should have gotten my money back!! I still have the food sitting in the bag just a big WASTE! instead of eating Popeyes like we wanted I had to make a stop at McDonald's to grab happy meals. McDonald's was fresh at least.

This is the worst Popeyes I have ever been too. Oh my goodness. I would say go to the other Popeyes but it seems like all of them have gone to utter s***. Do yourself a favor, and cook your fried chicken at home!

went here bought food at the drive thru. it was 5 piece and 6 wings, and I’ve waited for 45 minutes. i walked inside, they said they totally forgot my order!! and no apology too..

Sat at the drive through for 5 plus minutes so I assumed the speaker was broken. Pulled around to the window and sat for another 5 minutes while everyone inside just stared. I wish this was a one off occurrence but unfortunately is not. I will not be returning.

Very busy when we were there, but the young man who took our order was very calm and friendly. Sunday evening 11-24-24. Didn't catch his name, but he deserves some recognition.

I’m not coming back here ever in my life. Literally had tenders and fries from the location. It took like 20 minutes to get my order. I didn’t receive napkins in my bag and also they gave me some sauces that had holes in them. I also got food poisoning from the food and have used the restroom 12 times. Please don’t go here.

With online orders these awesome staff work hard i do not mind waiting for Great chicken with spice just like every other place make sure you check your order(and do it everytime )😃Also if you want friendly service remember this is a regular fast food service place,so go to a upscale place where you can tip for that.😊😄But it is kinda really slow like 20 mins wait on sundays with online orders and all to get my food ya'll but yummy if you like chicken.😄
