QDOBA Mexican Eats

I stop here when I travel to OKC. The food is great. Though, it’s always as cold as a freezer in the dining room. You have to bring a jacket even in the summer so you don’t freeze to death.

Normally I love this place. Unfortunately they decided to forget to give me the actual portion I paid for and instead gave me a kids version leaving half the bowl empty. Tastes great but I want my money’s worth.

The manager was super friendly and extremely helpful! He was on the cash register when we checked out. After I finished and went to go throw away my food, he was right there asking me if he could take it.

Food always pretty consistent in quality and generous. Sad to see no shrimp year round but understandable. Service is straightforward except for one worker being a bit weird (passive aggressive jokes telling people they're in the way)

Love Qdoba, especially as a vegetarian. Go here often for take out, and sometimes dine in. The serving sizes are generous, food is fresh, and the staff is always friendly and polite. My only complaint is when they're really busy and have a long line, and literally while making your order it's constantly being put to the side or just sits there so they can do online orders in between. It's frustrating cause it gets cold, and you're there waiting. We also love using the app, and any time we have had an issue it was quickly resolved with the manager and/or owner. My husband loves their food as well.

This place is always a good easy place to eat when I visit Wichita Falls. The food and service it always great. It does get pretty busy at times. All in all it is always a good experience.

I will never be ordering from Qdoba Wichita Falls again. For the past 3 orders, I have been giving them chances to make up for their mistakes in not adding steak to my bowl. I don’t know if it is a wave of incompetence, but it needs to be rectified. On top of that, when telling the manager what happened, he states that if he was ordering from a place that was messing up his order he would never order there again. Well great! It is not cool to have people pay for food and not give them their money’s worth. DO BETTER!!!!!!

I’m so disappointed. I went to pickup my online order on my lunch break. My bowl was missing the lettuce and pico that I had requested to be in my bowl. That kinda makes the entire thing and I don’t have time to go get it fixed. They also would not have given me my green salsa on the side if I hadn’t asked for it because I checked before I left if it was in there. I will never order online again because clearly the staff must not be able to read.

I would give zero stars if that was an option! This is the WORST location BY FAR that I have ever been to! Rude staff, store is ALWAYS dirty and they are almost always out of something. I ordered two bowls and the guy gave my bowl to someone else and then looked at me like I was confused. Both bowls were WRONG! I will NEVER be back!

I had an on line order today with small issue. I immediately phoned and spoke to a manager (sorry I forgot the name; Steven or Tiger maybe). He was very professional and kindly offered to rectify the issue with a refund or a new meal. I arrived later that evening for the refund and was assisted by a very helpful young lady (sorry I forgot the name). She too was apologetic for the issue and was able to complete the refund. I appreciate the kind customer service from the management staff at Qdoba. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks again!

Never thought I'd complain about to much guac but made everything ice cold and the shredded beef was just big blocks of fat. More of a soup. Going down heel fast might try again in a year or so
