We were looking for a typical example of Texas BBQ on our roadtrip through Wichita Falls, and were directed here or Dickies. We didn't find it at Rib Crib, sadly, The service was attentive and kind but the products just weren't that good. The brisket was tough and the turkey breast was pressed -- none of the melted taste and texture that makes Texas BBQ special. Fortunately the sauces were great so it made the meal fine. I had THE BEST bbq I have ever had, anywhere!!! I had just the regular pulled pork sandwich with Mac n cheese for the side. The bbq was "met in your mouth" tender and sauced to perfection!! I didn't have to use any other type of sauce :-) The Mac n cheese was ridiculously cheesy and just ugh!!! I wish the portion was a tad bit bigger, but still--amazing. Our server was prompt and extremely polite! Kept the sweet tea filled
