Extremely disappointed in the Red Lobster in Wichita Falls. I told the waitress that this was the worst meal I had ever received from Red Lobster. Two Ultimate Feasts were ordered. The lobster was undercooked. The grilled shrimp was overcooked, it was like rubber. The crab legs were overcooked. The meat was so overcooked it was sticking to the shell. The waitress told the manager what was said. The manager did not come to the table or try to talk to us.

It was Lobster Fest and we both got the lobster pasta dishes that were good along with warm tasty garlic cheese biscuits. Our waiter Tony did a great job without smothering us.

Nice peaceful evening. Crowds non existent, meal served in outstanding fashion - properly cooked - waiter on point ( Tony) friendly and bringing the establishment level to 5 star status. I enjoyed the grilled shrimp, lobster and salmon. Steamed broccoli and baked potatoe did not disappoint
Drink of choice was lobsterita. I like it, tame but not overpowering.
Best dinner for the prices also. Many thanks and Hope the Red Lobster remains in the restaurant industry.
Parking: Great location. Walk off that calorie intake at nearby Target Store.
Kid-friendliness: Have the legal age patrons in your party order the lobsterritas necklaces the kids to play with.
Wheelchair accessibility: I think it has , I didn’t encounter obstacles on the way in. Host was very friendly and enjoyable to be greeted by her.

Everything was great but Cody made it better he went above and beyond more than once to make our experience Wonderful.
Adrian did a great job as our server! The food was as expected. The upcharge for a side salad seems new but we don’t live near a Red Lobster anymore so it could be my memory failing me.
