Food is less then expected and the place is never clean. I have went there less than an hour after opening and the place seemed to not be cleaned for a week. Table utensil just didn't matter

Very slow service , took 20 mins b4 someone came to get our drink orders and also tried to get our food order at the same time. Took another 10 mins to get our drinks. Will no go back even though food was good but service sucked .

Food is great, but the company is lying on their checkout devices. 20% of a $50 dollar bill is $10. But when i go to 10 dollars it said it was only 14%. If increased it to 20%, their machine said it would have been 13 dollars. Its simple math but they are lying to get people to tip more. Dont trust their checkout computers that are at the tables.

After shopping for books next door, my granddaughter and I decided to have a burger for dinner. We couldn't have asked for better customer service. Julian was so gracious and attentive. Our food arrived very quickly and was delicious. He checked on us often and his mannerisms is exemplary. Hope Julian serves us next time we visit.

Ordered a salad through DoorDash, lettuce was old, slimy and browning. Croutons were stale and softish, chicken was neither cold nor hot. Couldn’t eat this. Fortunately DoorDash refunded me

The food was delicious and nutritious! The atmosphere is super cool; and I especially like the decor and random assortment of art hanging on the ceiling in the main dining area… and TVs in every direction that you can view from your table.
Heather was wonderful! She was very attentive and personable and provided our service with a great attitude and a warm smile! Red Robin is a definite asset for WF!
