Food is ok, Employees are in the back of the store outside playing with stray cats and I'm POSITIVE they are not washing hands when coming back in from petting diseased stray cats. They also FEED them so more always come around the store!! Absolutely DISGUSTING!!!

This was absolutely the worst meal that I have ever gotten from Rib Crib. Very disappointed! The only good part of the meal were the ribs. The coleslaw didn't seem to have any kind of dressing in it and who wants to just eat raw cabbage dry... The fries I'm pretty sure were left over from lunch due to how cold they were... None of us could eat the housemade chips because they were so hard we couldn't even bite them. Our server was great though so he got a decent tip. We know it was not his fault at all. They didn't even tell him that they were out of potato salad until after we ordered and he turned the ticket in. He did keep apologizing to us about the food and offered to have them remake our food. But again, it was not his fault. And because we needed to get home since we had a baby and a toddler who were both tired we decided not to have to wait for our food again. But this is the second time we have received a pitiful meal from there so we will not be going back again. And it's sad because we used to love eating there...
Kid-friendliness: Did not seem very kid friendly this time as they took a while to get our food out to us but they didn't have anything for the toddler to do. They gave her a coloring page but didn't have any colors for it.

I can't even give it a one star, the location in Wichita falls Texas has seriously gone down hill. I ordered a carolina pulled pork sandwich it had paper in it, then the remake had a huge bone. The worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. The manager was nice but years ago it was an awesome restaurant now I will NEVER GO BACK Corporate should get involved. Would never recommend this to anyone

Food tasted good but not hot? we sat in bar area with three dirty tables around us through our lunch. Order was not correct and servicer seemed not to care. Plus $2.10 up charge for chopped beef sandwich.

Came to Rib Crib to eat, most of the tables were empty, with dirty dishes and no one cleaning them. When we finally got a clean table we were notified they were out of most the stuff on the menu , so instead of asking the waitress to repeat what they were out of, I asked what was left to order. Very disappointing as it was a very limited menu!!
If we would have known beforehand they were out of Chicken, Turkey, and Mashed Potatoes we would have went somewhere else before we were seated. Also the cost for what you received for food was terrible. a 3 Rib plate was 3 small pork ribs about 3" in length. and about 10 French fries.

Corporate needs to get involved immediately. When we walked into Rib Crib, we were directed to the bar even after mentioning we don’t drink, which was fine. Despite the place being barely occupied, we sat for 10 minutes without being offered water or greeted by anyone. The staff was present but too busy chit-chatting. The customer service here is at an all-time low, and this place needs serious help!

Before heading back to Fort Worth we decided to try this place. Unfortunately, it’s not your typical barbecue restaurant. I am used to seeing the smoker and the ordering at the counter while they chop the meat. This place is more like a restaurant. I had the two meat plate. I ordered the brisket and catfish with mashed potatoes and gravy with green beans. My husband ordered the three meat plate. He ordered the brisket, ribs and sausage with mashed potatoes and gravy and the mac and cheese. The brisket was cold, dry and tough. The ribs were also cold along with the sausage. The catfish had no seasoning. The mashed potatoes and gravy were lukewarm. The green beans were only thing that was hot.
We also ordered fried pies. We ordered one blackberry and an apple pie. My apple pie was still a frozen and the filling was not good. These are not freshly made.
