Large BBQ joint (chain) located in a strip mall. Lots of tables, full bar with TVs isolated from the rest of the place. Clean bathrooms.
It was packed when we arrived with a party of six, but I will concentrate on my own food. The squeeze and I shared an Early Bird two meat special with two ribs, a hot link sausage with fries, and I ordered a side salad.
The ribs were St Louis cut. They ribs had good smoke flavor. The Hot link was okay, better if it would have been warmer. Seasoned fries were very good. There were three BBQ sauces on the table, regular, hot and Carolina. I tried the hot and Carolina, both were good and went well with the meat.
As I sit and write this the next day, I realize I never got my salad. I threw the receipt away, but I am sure it was on there. Note to self, save receipts.

I ordered Uber eats from this gem, but Uber messed it up. Well, the staff (literally every last one) made it amazing when I showed up. Sweet, attentive, and supremely welcoming folks. They hooked it up with a fresh hot meal, a large sweet tea, and a complimentary Birthday desert to make my Bday 🎂 Rock. 🥂 I'm currently in a food coma. Every single bite was delicious. I had to pause and saver every single bit. Full tummy, and both I and my belly have a smile. (As Shania plays on the stereo) 🙏🏾😉

This is a good place to eat, sometimes it can be rather slow service which is strange with bbq.
Great food & great service! My husband & I came here on a Saturday night. It was perfect. The atmosphere was very chill. Our server, Sheree, was so nice and took great care of us. We both got the sliced brisket plate. It was hot, tender & had great flavor. We will definitely be back!

We came for my birthday dinner. We had signed up for the rewards and got a free dessert. The meal was good. We had a bacon cheeseburger, 2 rib plates and a cribwich. I love their coleslaw it's not over sweet and my dessert was a blackberry fried pie with ice cream. It was hot and tasty. Bethany was such a nice, sweet and fast waitress. She had great customer service and was helpful with showing us how to use our rewards towards dinner. Great place to each dinner. It wasn't crowded and very relaxing.

Everyone loves the BBQ at their personal favorite BBQ spot. I get that. Artisan BBQ is awesome (and can carry a price that is awesome as well). But when it comes to chain BBQ the list of dependable consistent and readily available places with good food gets pretty small.
Rib Crib is a chain restaurant. But, I have never had a bad meal here. I like the sauces available at the table so I can mix my own - not too sweet, and probably too hot for most - but just the way I like it
I like the sides. And often just go in for the BBQ stuffed baked potatos.
Or my wife and I split and meat plate - and argue about side (fries for me, okra for her). It also has a small bar with a few bar stools and 3 large TV's showing the latest sports.
For a chain restaurant it is not always easy to pull off BBQ - Rib Crib has always done pretty well for me - plenty to compliment and up to today, no complaints.
