“I love Chick-fil-A and I am happy we got our order in .05 seconds, but it is too hot outside for these poor kids to be taking peoples orders in 104 degree heat. I think we can wait a little longer if that meant they could stay out of the heat. There was just us and one other car.“

Every time I’ve encountered Donna at Chick-fil-A she has gone above and beyond. Even on scorching days near 100°, when she’s clearly been working hard in the heat, she is still genuinely kind, joyful, and eager to help. She is the true embodiment of the Fruits of the Spirit, and her heart shines with the reminder of Psalms 118:24 — “This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.”
I’ve never had a single issue at this location—if you’ve ever been to a Chick-fil-A, you know they already hold themselves to a higher standard of service. So for me to go out of my way to write a review says a lot about how much Donna truly stands out. She is a blessing to every customer she meets, and Chick-fil-A is so fortunate to have her representing their values.“
