I highly recommend the Chilean Sea Bass, as well as the burgundy mushrooms and asparagus. My husband had the ribeye with asparagus, all were perfectly cooked and seasoned. We finished with Crème brûlée--a must-have! We were well taken care of by all the staff, so attentive! We will definitely go back again!!

A great night top to bottom. Food was the highest quality and best tasting I've found in Wichita Falls since the original Pasqual was in business.My bride had the sea bass with broccolini and burgundy mushrooms. The sea bass had a delicious crusting to it and was flaky tender and tasty within. Both sides were superb. I had the 14 oz (!!) ribeye and it was done to perfection. The pesto mashed potatoes were nicely fluffy, buttery, and the pesto was delish. A nice flavoring without being overpowering.We both had house wines, cab and chardonnay. Most house wines are notably mediocre. These were not. Both were full-flavored with a nice body and finish.The atmosphere heightened the sweetness of the evening. quietly lit, beautifully decorated, and nicely volumed music playing in the background.Michael attended to us throughout the evening with grace and courtesy. He didn't hover but was always aware when we might have a question.We will be back.

First time here since reopening under the fabulous new owners. My fiancé and I and our daughter had an amazing time and delicious dinner! Atmosphere is very classy and chill. Chef’s special was shrimp and grits, which our 12 year old daughter loved! Double-cut lamb chops were astounding! My fiancé loved the chicken skewers with the burgundy mushrooms and broccolini gratin! Perfect portions all around! We also enjoyed the crème brûlée! Michael was impeccable and attentive! Thank you!Highly recommend Salt & Pepper for anyone wanting a fine dining experience in Wichita Falls!

Went with a friend for my birthday. The service was attentive and so helpful. Had one of the best gin and tonics of my life! The appetizers were delicious and the special was sesame and ginger encrusted ahi over rice and it was spectacular. They sang me happy birthday and it was a wonderful way to celebrate my birthday. Please support this restaurant. It’s a unique gem that we need to keep here in Wichita Falls. Michael was the waiter and he steered us through the menu and all his recommendations were wonderful. The harpist and piano player added so much to the evening. You won’t regret it!

When me and the bf called there, we were told a dress casual was required, we followed that yes. We still liked the food (i noticed i did the review backwords.) But this was after the fact we came dressed we was upset about. But since you say different (since your owner) this will mean something to us when visiting again.
