The frequency of inadequate accuracy and poor customer service is disheartening. They were so good at first and the last 10-15 years has been a steady decline.

It seems as if who ever is the owner of this franchise needs to sell it to someone, or even hire better employees. The service for the price has gone downhill . As some who was raised in Texas and knows this is a Texas company, there needs to be a better representation for it here in Wichita Falls . Don’t even get me started on how rude the drive thru person was the times I went there what a joke .

I ordered a vegetarian Caprese sandwich and received a Bacon Turkey Capri. Thoroughly disappointed when I got home.

The sandwich and flatbread pizza tasted good. It's the consistency you expect from a chain restaurant.

We spent $53 on a French dip, kids grill cheese amd a large chicken deluxe sandwich. The menu stated the French dip came with caramelized onions. We had it delivered uber eats cuz were in a hotel visiting. My French dip didn't have caramelized onions so called store and the guy said yes the menue says French dip has caramelized onions but I've worked here 3yrs and the French dip has never had caramelized onions on it. I said that's false advertisement and he said there wasn't anything he could do. So I'm calling the corporate office and making a formal complaint about false advertisement. This is so wrong especially for their prices. There other thing wrong with order too that I'll include when I speak or email their corporate office. Don't eat or order from them there is always something wrong with the order and they refuse to fix or refu d or remake order. They need to be sued for false advertisement they guy even stated to me that corporate knows it's on the menu of the French dip. I'm very upset and i will have something done especially after reading the other reviews about Scott and payroll. That's illegal.
This place has gone downhill in last six months... this is coming from someone who frequented this place at least once a week for years. Can't keep staff and it takes insanely long time to get your subpar food. Also, Manager gets miffed when you use rewards points. Pay close attention, he won't let you scan your Schlotsky app at register and tell you to scan receipt, then will throw away your receipt. He needs to improve his attitude. Again we felt we were regulars and always greeted him and dude can't muster a smile or anything in return. He can't keep employees and you can hear him yelling at employees. Do better...or change what you're doing.

Took 40 minutes to get a sandwich. At 30 minutes I went to ask about mine. They just checked it and said it will be right out. They will get to it. I watched several others get theirs and then after another 10 minutes I get mine. It was a deluxe original and had zero mustard. Very bland and no taste either only two little onion slices and one tomatoes with barely any lettuce. This place use to be good. I was told by others that their service is lacking and it damn sure is. Won’t be going back to this one. Not even an apology and the owner was the one that I talked with. $16 plus for one is way too high also.

Called in an order, just a sandwich, so we wouldn't have to wait once we arrived for pick up. Well, let me tell you, after taking 15 minutes to get there, we still waited an additional 15 minutes. Didn't notice a line, nor more than 4 customers already seated and eating. On top of that, the sandwich price reached nearly 20 dollars. Tap water for a beverage. Nope! That's the last 20 Schlotzkies gets from me. I can make a sandwich larger with a better product for half the price.

Service was superb, but it couldn't make up for the subpar food (relative to other Schlotsky's) and missing chocolate chip cookies.

The owner, Scott, is a very rude individual. He makes teenagers write their hours on a piece of paper so there's no proof of the hours they worked and he steals their wages. Very unprofessional and very bad business practice. Corporate needs to fire him if they want the only Schotszky's in town to be open
