Is it too much to ask to get extra Schlotzky's sauce? I mean only 1 is given, regardless of the size of sandwich. Young lady was very rude when I asked for an extra one. Smh! Yeah, next time I will walk in and use the "free" sauce inside.

Everytime I come here, they mess up the order. Tonight they shorted me a whole sandwich at the drive-thru. They NEVER have the menu they offer online. I asked if I could get a pastrami Rueben on rye, which says is available online at that location, and they tell me they haven't had that available for years.

As an avid frequenter of Schlotzsky's before moving to this area, I have decided going forward that I will only visit another Schlotzsky's outside of this area. I will NOT give that unprofessional owner another dime of my money.Do not believe these reviews as I am sure it is people the owner personally know.It would serve him better to take a course in customer service and retention. It would also behoove him to verse himself in the policies and procedures of Schlotzsky's app. Thanks to his rudeness and dismissal, I have missed THREE rewards that I earned through their app's reward program. I protested but he waved his hand and walked away like I was nothing. My situation is not a one off. There are MANY stories like this in this area. People are just not reporting him, but I AM!Schlotzsky's, why is it okay for this man to ruin your brand in such a way?

So sick and tired of this place running out of beef or cheese.... poor management or poor inventory stocking. Everytime we visit, they are lacking an ingredient. Do better!

Rude manager/owner first off. He's been rude every time I've gone in there. I go back because the sandwiches are fantastic, but only in the evening and through the drive thru so I don't have to deal with him.I also don't go inside because I have to look at all of the dead bugs in the light fixtures. I also no longer order any drinks because the drink machine is full of mold, and it gets into the drinks & the ice machine is covered in mold.

After ordering on app to pick up my food in the drive thru at 11:15 am, I had to wait for the food in line for over 30 minutes because the drive thru was not moving. My food sat there in the sack getting sweaty and soggy. Then I didn't get all my order and had to wait another 5 minutes just for my drink and chips because the worker argued I hadn't ordered it even though I had my order up on the app. The food was not worth eating after it had been sitting so long. I answered their survey and reported this. The manager sent an email back that I should expect problems in the drive thru during peak times and I should have known and next time I should just park and come in myself to get my food. How do you get out of the drive thru when you're stuck in it? And I never knew 11:15 was a peak time. And I'm a disabled senior citizen who uses the drive thru because I can't just come get it myself. Perhaps Schlotzskys should take a cue from Chick Fil A on how to run a drive thru or set up a place for curbside pickup like most places do

I went to order, but not paying $12 for a glorified ham sandwich. They are not even worth $8 and way over rated.

Schlotzsky's in Wichita Falls, TX is a nice place to eat a fast lunch. The staff are pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Our "Origina Schlotzsky's" order was almost made correctly, but delicious, anyway. I had asked for no tomatoes but they were on my sandwich anyway. Other than that, the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The serving sizes are generous. If you eat here remember to get a Cinnamon cinnamon roll, warmed. Momma pajama those are delicious! This is the only Schlotzsky's location in town. It was nice and clean. The self-service drinks station was well stocked with napkins, lids, and straws. There are plenty of seating for individuals and larger groups of people. It is a roomy dining area.Eating here was a delicious, filling, stop during our day of shopping, today.Vegetarian options: They offer a few salads... However, I'm not certain if the salads are meat free or dairy free. They have potato chips.Kid-friendliness: They have a few kid's menu meals. They have high chairs...I think?Parking: This is in a strip shopping center so the parking is a shared lot with other stores and restaurants. It is a heavily traffic area. Parking spaces close up to the store are usually full. They do have handicap spaces up front but they're usually full, too.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility ramps in the shopping center. The entry/exit doors would be difficult to maneuver in a wheelchair or using a walker. Assistance would be helpful. There are some low tables that are wheelchair accessible.

I have been to other schlotzsky's where I get the sandwich and go wow. It is thick and feels me up. At this Schlotzsky's I looked at it and thought, where's the beef? (Wendy's commercial, 1984) It was thin and did not fill me up. BUT it was still good. I will go to a different Schlotzsky's next time.

Rude owner, slow service, expensive, poorly run outfit. Don't go here unless you like these qualities. I've had patience with them for a long time but nothing changes. I hope corporate pulls his franchise and gets a owner that can manage the business properly. I won't be back until then.

Food is good but often doesn't has items on menu and not always celiac friendly. Owner is not much help and often smarts off at patrons. When I received bread in my salad he replied what do you want me to do throw it away. Not always patron friendly and unprofessional. The food is other decent but that's because if corporate overview and supplying the product and business model.
