Went to this place for the first time and ordered a dozen glazed donuts. They were served COLD as if they had just came out of the refrigerator! Who does that?!! So clearly they were NOT FRESH! I’ll stick to the best in town…K DONUTS!! Never visited again!

Absolutely horrible service there was literally three people in the store and they were acting like they were 40 customers rushing everyone yelling being very pushy trying to get our order before the next guy in front of us even got out of the way then the guy that was taking a order just walked off and went into the back and I had to ask for somebody to finish my order I finally walked out will never do business there again absolutely horrible everyone's running around looks like they're on drugs

This was my first time ever visiting Shipleys and I have to say that the food and customer service was great. However, the business lost two stars because I arrived around 15 minutes after they opened and nothing was ready and they didn’t even have the doors unlocked yet. Had to wait 15 minutes for basic glazed donut holes that should’ve been ready ?

I went through the drive-through to pick up donuts and kolaches for work as well as an order for myself. The lady working the window was courteous and attentive. She filled my order quickly and correctly plus the food was delicious!
I got very lucky and got a fresh batch 10 seconds after cooking. Melted in my mouth. Love this place great donuts and other items. However the milk I bought from them had expired 3 days prior. I didn't notice til I was at work. So be careful.
First time going in today! Got ham, egg, and cheese croissant and it was amazing. Husband got the croissant with sausage and he loved it. Definitely will be back!
