Wichita Falls is so lucky to have a Smoothie King. I have been to so many in the metroplex and this one by far has the best service. Whoever is working is always so friendly and polite. It is always so clean inside. If you have not been to try a smoothie then go by and treat yourself. They have something for everyone.
Would like to know how the processing of orders procedure please. Took 35 minutes to get my mobile order. I watched ten people come into the store and leave with their orders placed at the counter. My order was not started until about 25 mins standing and waiting on my order, only after the team lead told the lady's at the counter to start on my order. No mobile orders were being worked on until after mine was started. They were not making first order in first order out....
