After my husband worked a 12 hour shift he decided to stop at sonic for dinner. He ordered a large chicken sandwich meal with a sprite. Not only was the sprite out, the size was medium. Not only were the fries old and burnt, they were size medium. The chicken sandwich was disgusting and the lettuce was visibly old and discolored. Do better!!! Disgusting!! Never coming here for food again. You close at 11…food should be fresh until 1045 at LEAST.

I still love the app, but dealing with the fundraising kids is the issue. They need to have the adults with them!! If I have an issue I don't want to play telephone to get my issue resolved, just send out an actual employee or better yet use the speaker & resolve the problem. Love the app, my drinks are 1/2 price when use it & tipping is now allowed thru the app, win win for everyone!

This was possibly the worst fast food experience I've ever had. The food was unedible. We ordered toasters this morning and the meat was burnt, the cheese was unmelted, it tasted old and dry. We had to go some place else to eat it was so bad. And the workers were just hanging out outside when we got there and when we left. I will not be going back anytime soon.
Edit: It should be noted this is a regular occurrence at this sonic location.

Went to this Sonic to get a light dinner but sat for more than 5 minutes and could see 3 employees. One was inside, the second came out and got in her car for a smoke and the third was sitting in an out building smoking. There were 2 other cars at the stalls but we did not get waited on after pushing the "red" button. Will not go back.

Some stalls have issues: missing stall number, stall number doesn't work with mobile check-in, etc. They use less whipped cream than other locations on the shakes. Most Sonics almost fill up the clear bubble top completely.

I stopped going to Sonic for a while because most of the stores the service is bad. The people act like they're put out for having to bring you anything and the food is so so. That is absolutely not the case with this Sonic. The staff is amazing which will keep us coming back and the food was great. They were fast, efficient and friendly. Well worth stopping at.
