Customer service is absolutely terrible. They don’t want to help or do work. Nor do they want to fix there mess ups. While they rather be on their phone or lying. I don’t recommend and don’t think it’s worth the waste of money.

Was just there sat waiting 15 mins for onion rings. 7-16-24 at 7:20pm. Could see the employees dancing, shouting, and acting wild through the window. Onion rings were burnt to a crisp. They should pay attention to what they're doing instead of playing games. Burgers were all made wrong too.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
Lady on mic took so long between me saying anything and responding! Boys wanted to try the southwest wrap without the southwest sauce. Lady said that the only sauce on it was the queso and when we got it, it still had the suace!!! She also completely missed his blast that I ordered before mine!!!
Overall awful experience, not worth the time or money after my shift to come by and that's saying something as someone who has grown up and had some of my best memories at Sonic!

I ordered a chicken sandwich combo and a kids meal. Not only did I sit at the window for almost 4 minutes waiting to be acknowledged, when I got my food there were no fries. When I called the store they said you weren't charged for a fry but we can give you one if that's what you need. What an insult. No what I need is to be able to go to a Sonic and actually get great service.

Found some purple fabric looking thing in my Oreo Blast just now. Attached a picture of the fabric looking thing that I pulled off my tongue and placed onto my Oreo cup. Other than finding that, the Oreo dust that I was served was pretty okay. Maybe one day I'll get some pieces of Oreo bigger than dust from this place. 3/5 stars.
