Have had numerous occasions in the evenings of wrong orders. Have spoken to management, but it continues to happen. Probably won't be back. Their night people are flat incompetent.

So I travel through Seymour several times a month and on my way through town I usually stop and get drinks and snacks at sonic or another restaurant. Today I decided to stop at sonic. We'll I accidentally ordered a coke zero instead of a regular coke. I soon noticed my mistake on my apps receipt. I went and knocked on the door and explained this to the car hop and she said, no problem we can take care of it. Then five minutes later my order is brought out and she tells me that management said no we can't fix the mistake you will just have to take it, but yes you can order an additional coke. 3.29 for a coke I declined and told her that I would just not return here. A decent manager could have corrected this. Customer service is gone. As a man of my word, yes I will not return. Do not recommend

What a joke. Placed a mobile order for one medium slush. I checked in and waited and waited. After about 15 minutes I had to call the restaurant to see what was up cause all the employees were out at a car having a “break.” I went to this sonic to avoid all this. Guess I’ll have to avoid this one too

I typically pop in almost every day since moving and I grab a cup of ice and the people are so awesome. The workers are always working so hard And yet they still have time for a smile and good customer service. I am sad.That got rid of the blue raspberry bubbles But I still love my diet dr pepper with cream. The pretzels here are always perfect. Thank you for taking care of me and ur friendly smiles and personalities

Me and my husband ordered and the carhop brought our food to us and my husband handed her a 100$ bill to pay. She proceeds to take our money into the sonic to get change so my husband and I proceed to dig into our meal.. the carhop comes back only to say she needed the food back and she could not break a 100$ bill. So our meal in which we had already started eating was interrupted and literally taken away! This is absolutely ridiculous!!! I will never go back to that location!

I went back to give this sonic a 2nd chance I ordered a oreo blast and a chocolate chunk brownie blast the waitress was rude could tell she didn't want to be there, she never said thank you have a good evening nothing. There was was shavings of chocolate and no brownie chunks or even a taste of brownie. I asked to speak to the manager a black woman came out I could tell right off the bat she wasn't going to help me at all. When she got to the window she asked what the problem was I told her we didn't get what we ordered and she asked what was wrong with it I said there's no chocolate or no brownie she informed us that the mixer mixes it up so fine that you won't be able to taste it or see it. I politely asked for the district manager's number she told me she didn't have it, I've been in retail over 25 yrs and I know that number is available she just didn't want to give it to me. What happened to the customer is always right even if they are wrong. She told us to a have a good day and walked back in the sonic

Made an online order checked in there sat for over 10 minutes, hit the button to see where my stuff is. They tell me to come to the drive through my drink is already watered down, didn't want to replace it. Who the hell is the manager there? I try to call no one's answering workers sitting outside doing nothing. I told the girl at the window. I've sat there for over 10 minutes. The drink's probably no good still hands me the slushie, which is watered down. Yeah, managers need to start taking accountability for your workers.
