They messed up our order. When I called them to tell them. They denied the mess up. Shorted us a $10.00 meal.
What makes this a good place is the lady who took my order, prepared it, delivered it to the car, took my card inside for payment, and returned quickly. Very nice lady, sweet smile, energetic, and a blessing to anyone who has crossed her path. Fix your stations and give her and everyone else a break.Parking: Not all parking has a menu presentation that works.

Sonic as a whole I love! The one on Kemp needs work. Orders need to be repeated 3 or more times & yet they STILL manage to not get it right. Yet we still go every week. Maybe there's something lazy about me that I don't want to drive to Taft or Seymour Highiway location. Or I keep hoping they'll improve....

Horrible horrible service. someone pickes yp my door dash order after id already paid for it and wouldnt remake the order or even refund had to contact corporate finally 2 weeks later i received it back

Got my order wrong and the tots were barely warm I have to say also that even when the fries are hot they're mediocre at best on the positive side they do make a pretty good grilled cheese sandwich most of the time

I've went a total of three times, the past two times I had no issues but this time it took them 20 minutes to make 2 small blasts and a medium shake. They had few people in the parking lot and they were just standing around talking and kept walking over to ask what we had... I'm very disappointed.

I ordered online and waited 30 minutes prest light twice no came out or answered I saw the same guy go out twice on breaks in that time frame. I wait 15 more minutes till I left because I had to go back to work I have 12 hour shifts as a CNA and I came to eat left near tears in frustration spent 9 dollars only got 3 items. Many people left without food. This is such an awful experience worst one I ever been to
