The wait times are atrocious, and the staff is so rude! Get it together Sonic. If we're having to wait 30+ minutes for something, we should be able to cancel the order and get a refund.

Dietary restrictions: I am diabetic and I am on a strict diet to include no sugar. I ordered 2 diet Limeade, 1 for me and 1 for my spouse. We were driving home about 90 minutes away. When I realized that the drink that I had was not diet at all. That resulted in a pretty high glucose spike in my blood sugar ( I wear a continuous glucose monitor) And later a pretty deep crashed. This could have been very dangerous for me. As someone that has been in food service for over 30 years. I can't stress enough the importance of adhering to dietary restrictions from your customers. In some cases it may be a life or death situation. I responded to the survey after my mobile purchase, but Sonic did not reply.

The location by Sheppard Air Force Base is lately the worst. If you can not serve ice cream in less than 10 minutes when ordered online, consider closing. It took one hour and moving to the drive thru to get ice cream. Store served others side of parking and drive thru but never responded to my order. When young man came out he apologized and stated manager and he were only employees but this was not correct. There were at least 4 employees and not excuse why my paid order could not be delivered but other cars driving up were served.Next, attempt was on Seymour Hwy, ordered limeade slush but received cherry limeade slush.Hate seeing these stores closing.

This by far the worst Sonic ever, been there twice. Burrito was cold! Then the pretzel was burned and so greasy! Will not ever go back! Food is horrible as well as the service!!!

Smells like weed at this store daily should really drug test your employees or at least tell them to keep it at home I work at this location and am appalled by the quality of service and how long it takes for customers to get their food I've worked at other sonic locations and I have to say this is the worst by farrrr, the staff gets mad at me for trying to do things the correct way also I cleaned the bathrooms which were disgusting and the drain in the back which was also disgusting. I wrapped the hose in the back yesterday and noticed when I came in it was still wrapped from me the day before which shows me the night crew did not scrub the floors... I care about my customers and the people of Wichita falls and it is absolutely embarrassing that customers have to deal with late food and uncleaned machines (ice cream and slushy machines). Also their tea containers have mold in them that I scrubbed out and got in trouble for "taking so long in the back of the store". If you want an honest opinion this place should be shut down because of the health violations they are breaking...

By far the worst Sonic. Staff is absolutely rude. Not my first bad experience with this Sonic I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt but it never fails that the employees are rude. The order is never right or we don't get our order at all. Not sure how this Sonic has stayed opened.

Our bill was 7.65 we paid 20.65 the carhop gave 12.00 in change basically stealing 1.00 for a tip. How is that ethical and proper customer service? Do better sonic. Customers should not be funding their pay with tips. Pay better wages, tips are not a right.

This is my second time at this location. Each time the food has been messed up. The first order I ordered a Supersonic burrito without jalepenos. It came out with only bacon (not supposed to be on it), cheese, and jalepenos. There were no tots, sausage, tomato. They also did not give us any of the three tots that were ordered. Today, we ordered a kid's cheeseburger meal and confirmed twice that it was a cheeseburger and had cheese because the lady kept saying hamburger. She rudely said yeah that's what I said. When we got home the burger was just a piece of meat with nothing else on the sandwich. They also forgot our tots. We told them about the tots and they brought out one and we just left because it already took awhile. Our food besides the tots were cold.
