Pregnant and this Sonic gave me a Death Burger! Went to take a bite of my burger and it smelt like death! Couldn’t drive back to location due to traveling schedule so I contacted store they stated I needed to call a number because I ordered it from their app. I called the number and was told that upper management would have to called me back about the refund. No Call Back. No Refund.

I ordered 1 sprite and got 2. Then they gave me jalapeño poppers instead of the cheddar bites that I was supposed to get. Was wondering why my order was $20. Probably because they got the order wrong. Did not repeat order back and I got no receipt :( won’t be coming back.

Last time I had no lettuce tomatoes onions mayonnaise, mustard. Once cold again. Grease needs to be changed you are going to get someone sick ?? I have incurable cancer and would love to enjoy the old school tater tots. Without them tasting bitter because of the Grease. This was at three sonics off of kell boulevard. Beginning of Wichita falls the other one Southwest parkway all of them same thing!!!!

Had the steak sandwich, chili cheese tots, and the Dirty Dr Pepper! Food was great, delivered in a timely manner and the car-hop was polite.
My only critique is that the American Flags above the parking spots next to Barnett Rd, need to be replaced as they are torn and tattered.

Ordered in the drive thru, we were given our food and the window closed fast, no asking if we needed salt or extra ketchup or Thank You. Very rude! Management could offer advice on friendliness to thier staff.

Love sonic cherry limeade. Get at least 1 a week. Sonic screens need to be updated and spaced apart. I drive a truck and cane barely fit and some people have failed. There is evidence that people have hit the park location.
