Just because you remodel, doesn't mean you improved upon it. Now, you're going to get up close and personal with strangers, whether you want to or not. There's only 1 bench to sit on now along the wall. My main complaint though is about how LITTLE the in-store customer's orders are prioritized. I'm not sure if this is store manager's policy to disregard in-store customers and their orders, but if there are more than 2 cars in the drive thru lines, your order, even if it's LITERALLY just coffee, will take about 17 minutes, at least, to go from your payment, to your hands. Are the staff friendly? Most of them. Sometimes they get distracted, flirting with customers or talking amongst each other. But just like any Starbucks will never get more than 4 stars, THIS location will never get more than 3.

Got a hot chocolate this morning that was delivered to my house and the drink was spilled EVERYWHERE and it tasted like a lukewarm yahoo. Please start using the green stoppers again because those sticky dots SUCK!
