They made my cappuccino partially until I paid and waited to complete my drink until the charge showed on their card scanner. Guess they decided to fill half the venti with whipped cream when they saw no tip on their card scanner. $8 venti for a tall amount of product. The drive through service was on the side of rude, almost discriminative.

I was super excited to get coffee with protein in it but my partner is severely allergic to sunflower stuff and the fact that they went above and beyond to find the ingredients for me is spectacular!! Saved us from a possible emergency room visit! The staff is always so nice and amazing! Keep doing what you're doing!!!

Curious to know why I pay full price for a iced coffee, and 9/10 times my drink isn't filled to the top? As a corporation, I'd be awfully embarrassed to hand over a 3/4 full drink. Do better!
