Sunday night I order sandwich from this location they mess my sandwiches didn't give me any lettuce or anything I requested. just some sauce and some tuna, I didn't order that , I have the receipt and sandwich picture. I don't have time to go back to store and return this, I have work tomorrow early in the morning, just ruined my whole night ruin my dinner. I have to address this corporate & I'll do it tomorrow. Sorry for bad review, this is the truth, I'm loyal customer to Subway, I love Subway.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME HERE SHE IS RUDE! She never has a name tag on but she works the evening shift. It’s obvious she hates her job but if that’s the case she needs to be in the back or find a new job. Even though this subway is closer to my house I find myself driving out of the way just to get decent customer service.

Employees simply don’t care. They don’t put napkins in the sack. They sell pretzels that are hard as a rock and then don’t put the cheese in the sack. It’s a sign of the times I suppose. Wich Wich is so much better it’s not close. The reason I’m guessing, is the owner is present at Wich Wich, same at Deli Planet. Used to love subway.

Also, acting like it was an inconvenience that I told her she forgot to put ranch on my bacon, chicken, ranch sandwich, and asked if I could get some ranch is ridiculous. No one should be that miserable doing their job. And if you don't like it you should work somewhere else. Not treat customers like garbage

The subs were fine but my no bread bowl looked half eaten because it was already mixed together and it didn't even look like there was cheese in it. I ended up just throwing it away...waste of $12.

I arrived at subway on taft.rd at about 4 when this girl comes in washed her hands puts on gloves and gets to work.She says hello and politely ask me what I wanted, I stated what I wanted and she began making an awesome sandwich!!!!It looked better than the picture, bread was fluffy and nice. Jade) continued to show professionalism and courtesy. Way too go Jade I'll definitely be back!!!!

Went there today. Great place. The boy with the poofy hair was very nice and respectful while we decided on our sandwich. 5 stars!!Edit: went in the other day. Boy with poofy hair was not there. Received horrible service. 2 stars only because the girl with the black hair and the ponytail was so nice. Boy with the big features has got to go service is always slow from him.
