I like Taco Bell but I do not recommend coming to this one during lunch hour rush or late night. They are so slow. Management does not have enough employees on schedule during that time. The few employees that are there only really provide service to Drive Thru. So if you dine in I'd recommend using the shelves serve kiosk. It's not the employee's fault, it's management not having enough employees there.

Cashier was busy giggling and missed a burrito and then didn't give me a quesadilla I ordered.

11.17.25 Went back to give them another try, they forgot 2 chalupad off a number 6, and an order of chips and queso. But yet gave us an extra quesadilla. This place just can't get right

Took 18 minutes to get an order through the drive through. A simple order took almost 20 minutes. Completely unacceptable. What a joke of a Taco Bell.

I placed a mobile order, that said it would be ready at 7:13 and I arrived at 7:10 to pick up my order. At 7:25 the manager said she wanted to make sure I “was there before she started making my food, so it didn’t get cold”. When I let her know my food was supposed to be ready nearly 20 minutes ago, she just said she knew and that she was slacking. The parking for mobile ordering is called “grab and go”, with the idea that your food is ready when you get there and you can just grab and go. People who ordered at the drive thru speaker after I arrived got their food before me. I’m tired of being put on the back burner for drive thru time efficiency, especially when they’re just pulling the cars around the front. I don’t see the point of a mobile app when the service you get defeats the purpose of the app. I know the fast food industry isn’t easy or glamorous, and I try to be understanding, but to me getting your food 22 minutes after the app said it should be ready is unacceptable.

Parking: Parking is around the back side of the building, which there are plenty of dine in, to-go, and handicap spots.

Placed a mobile order and the two girls at the window said they were out of all meat and to come back in 30 minutes. I couldn’t cancel my order through the app and they said they couldn’t cancel it either. I care back more than 30 minutes later and I went through the drive thru, again she said they were out of meat and to come back in 40 minutes. I said that I was here earlier to pick up my mobile order and she remembered me and now they magically had meat ready. Order was missing items, and were the sloppiest burritos I’ve ever seen from a Taco Bell. Worst customer service and spoke inappropriately in front of customers.

Not sure what's going on at this location but you order in the drive thru, no one behind you. They then they have you pull around to the double doors and wait. I guess they have a window clock they are trying to cheat? It's the only logical explanation. The person on the headset sounded like they were using a voice to be humorous as well while taking the order.

Order went fine. Then we were asked to pull around the building, which is VERY inconvenient as it requires us to pull around again just to exit. Sat there for 20 minutes waiting for an averagely sized order. People in front of us had small orders. I don't care about your timers or whatever, if you can't sufficiently make my food don't make it at all. I shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes for 4 burritos, 2 quesadillas, and 2 tacos, all of which are VERY easy to make quickly. Disappointing on how often this has happened.

No one in line behind me and I’m asked to pull around to the front double doors. These girls should be fired. Your window delivery time is important and you want to cheat the system. My order was processed on 11/20/24 at 1:29pm received beef chalupa at 2:32.
