Hot and fresh. The best way to cook it in my opinion. The taco shells are crunchy/fresh. If you want fresh it is! It is a bit pricey and not a cheap meal but, satisfies my stomach when I'm craving old school nachos from back when there was a Taco Burrito.

As much as it pains me to admit this, the food at Taco Casa has gone downhill. Today (9/9/23) the food was so salty, it was inedible. Think of a salt lick in a pasture for cattle or just turning up a salt shaker and taking a chug - that was Taco Casa today. It isn’t the first time either. It’s progressed over the past few months.I suppose salt makes you thirsty, and TC has enough tea to quench that thirst.

Order was badly put together: the CHALADA missing Olives, they didn't put a TACO in the order. When I called to explain what was wrong with the order I was told to drive back to TACO casa 10 miles each way and they would give me a TACO. This store on southwest Parkway has gone down hill every since WOODY past away. I will not be returning for the free TACO anytime soon.
Lionel waited on us again today. Our last visit was so wonderful that we thought that it must have been a fluke. Today's experience was even better. What a great employee! So much so that my wife and I wanted to steal him for our own company!

Food is always good. Staff is friendly. (Still miss Woody though) Line can be wrapped around building and it goes fast. They are efficient and have NEVER gotten an order wrong.

We got our food and there was a black long hair in my food then as my child is eating there was also hair in her food so nasty tea taste like sugar water Dr Pepper was nasty the service was all around horrible I will not be coming back to taco casa on southwest
