Food quality in most fast food has declined. I've loved their spicy chicken sandwich for 20+years and it's just not spicy like it was, more like slightly seasoned. This location has ZERO air conditioning in the dining room, may have been fixed-i haven't gone back. The man at the counter was attentive and friendly

The restroom is flooded really bad and it's all over the floor by the restrooms and I told them about and they look like they don't care at all water all over the hall floors to the restrooms and they have rude ass attitudes too and don't ask Trinity because she's rude as hell and she don't like to do anything at her job

I ordered DoorDash & they literally sent the people with 3 big meals to me with big words DRIVE THRU across the top of the bag. So I called DoorDash people to get my food because it’s already high enough to get it delivered but this is some families food I don’t need. DoorDash said call Wendy’s I’m literally otp with them trying to get someone to answer for the 10th time . I’m too pregnant and hormonal to get someone else’s food I don’t eat . I don’t know who tf is Veronica but my name starts with a Z .
