Went in this afternoon and ordered a hot white mocha with about 4 drinks in line before mine. It took 15 minutes to get my drink and it was some caramel drink instead of what I ordered. I've been a few times and the staff always seems disorganized and have long waits.

Their coffee is nothing but sugar and syrup. They have only two people in the building at a time, which leads to a long wait time. I don't recommend this place.Dietary restrictions: There is too much sugar in their drinks, which leads to unhealthy teeth.

OMG! I saw this from the road and it has a wonderful allure to someone seeking a delicious coffee drink! I interestingly enough ordered a frozen coffee drink, which I normally wouldn't do. But I was delightful, surprised at how amazing it tasted! I ordered the Reesie's peanut butter, frozen coffee and it was outstanding! For five bucks, you get a complete meal in a drink!!! Wow wow wow!!!! Food and appetizer list is also outstanding you just cannot go wrong whether you pulling up for a drive-through order or stepping inside!!

Drive up menu didn't have regular coffee drinks on it. Had to ask about them. Drive up attendant was not welcoming/friendly. Cup was only filled about 3/4 of the way.

Went to Drive thru today 01/18/24 and ordered a hot salted caramel latte sugar free. He asked if I wanted whipped cream and I said yes. I then proceeded to drive thru and after waiting he served me a iced latte. I said I ordered hot and you would think by him asking me if I wanted whipped cream he'd know hot. They gave me another one hot. I work on SAFB and when I got to work so salty I couldn't drink it so $6.36 wasted and still no coffee. I couldn't leave work to get another. I guess I'll have to find new spot out of the way.

We went in because we thought it was veteran owned, but we knew when we walked in that this wasn’t a coffee shop. The expensive coffee wasn’t good, the atmosphere is sterile and the staff showed no personality. Just go to Collective if you’re looking for quality craft coffee.
