Place is slower than molasses. Was there to pick up an order, 7 people also waiting. I placed my order at 4:15, it is now 5:00. No hope of getting my order anytime soon.If it wasn't paid already I would leave!! Totally ridiculous. Will never return! If I could do a negative 1 start I would for service and atmosphere, food has yet to be determined. No high expectations at this time.

Never seen such disorganization from staff telling somebody that something will be ready in 7 minutes and they haven’t even dropped it so you’re gonna expect to wait another 10 minutes when you’re delivering the customers and they have a line of bags and you’re waiting and waiting and waiting. This is not the first time that this has happened. They really need to pay attention to what is going on on their orders and what is coming in
